Claims (20)
- 배기 가스를 처리하기 위한 촉매 조성물로서,
블렌드 중 하기 (a) 및 (b)의 총 중량을 기준으로,
(a) 15 내지 25중량%의, MFI, BEA, 및 FER로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 프레임워크를 가진 철 촉진된 알루미노실리케이트 제올라이트 분자체; 및
(b) 75 내지 85중량%의, 티타늄 산화물 및 텅스텐의 산화물 상에 지지된 바나듐의 하나 이상의 산화물
의 블렌드를 포함하는 촉매 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알루미노실리케이트 제올라이트 분자체는 철로 이온 교환된 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 철은 알루미노실리케이트 제올라이트 분자체에 분자체의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.1 내지 10중량%의 농도로 존재하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (b) 중의 티타늄 산화물은 이산화티타늄(Ti02)인 촉매 조성물.
- 하나 이상의 필러, 바인더, 가공 조제, 물, 및 도판트를 더 포함하고, 제1항에 따른 촉매 조성물을 포함하는 촉매 워시코트.
- 제1항에 따른 촉매 조성물로 코팅되거나 촉매 조성물을 통합한 기판을 포함하는 촉매 물품으로서, 상기 기판은 금속 플로-스로 기판, 세라믹 플로-스로 기판, 월-플로 필터, 소결된 금속 필터, 부분 필터, 및 압출된 촉매 허니콤으로부터 선택된 촉매 물품.
- 제6항에 있어서, 기판은 암모니아를 산화하기 위한 백금족 금속을 함유하는 제1 층과 제1항의 촉매 조성물을 포함하는 제2 층을 포함하며, 상기 제1 층은 기판 위나 안에 직접 배치되고, 제2 층은 제1 층을 피복한 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 물품.
- 제1항에 따른 촉매 조성물을 포함하는 압출된 플로-스로 허니콤.
- 암모니아 슬립 촉매(ASC)의 상류에 선택적 촉매 환원(SCR) 촉매를 포함하는 배기 가스 처리 시스템으로서, 상기 SCR 및 ASC 촉매 중 적어도 하나는 제1항에 따른 촉매 조성물을 포함하는 시스템.
- a. 제1항에 따른 촉매 조성물의 존재하에 NOx 및/또는 NH3를 함유하는 배기 가스 스트림을 접촉시키는 단계; 및
b. 상기 NOx의 적어도 일부를 N2로 전환하고 및/또는 NH3의 적어도 일부를 N2 및 NO2 중 적어도 하나로 전환하는 단계
를 포함하는 배기 가스 처리 방법. - 제10항에 있어서, 상기 배기 가스는 4:1 내지 1:3의 NO 대 NO2의 부피비를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
