Claims (7)
- 바늘 형상을 갖는 돌기부와, 상기 돌기부를 지지하는 지지 기판을 구비한 바늘 형상체의 제조 방법으로서,
상기 돌기부에 대응한 오목부를 갖는 요판에 돌기부측층 형성 재료의 수용액을 공급하는 공정과,
상기 요판에 지지 기판측층 형성 재료의 수용액을 공급하는 공정과,
상기 요판 내의 수용액을 건조하여 바늘 형상체로 하는 공정과,
상기 요판으로부터 바늘 형상체를 박리하는 공정을 구비하고, 또한
상기 돌기부측층 형성 재료의 수용액과, 지지 기판측층 형성 재료의 수용액이 액-액 분산계이며,
상기 돌기부측층 및 상기 지지 기판측층의 박리 강도가 8N/15㎜ 폭 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 바늘 형상체의 제조 방법. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 요판에 돌기부측층 형성 재료의 수용액을 공급하는 공정 후, 상기 요판에 지지 기판측층 형성 재료의 수용액을 공급하는 공정 전에, 상기 요판 내의 돌기부측층 형성 재료의 수용액을 건조하는 공정을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 바늘 형상체의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 돌기부측층 형성 재료의 수용액의 비중이, 상기 지지 기판측층 형성 재료의 수용액의 비중보다도 큰 것을 특징으로 하는, 바늘 형상체의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 돌기부측층 형성 재료가 풀루란, 덱스트란으로부터 선택되는 재료를 포함하고, 상기 지지 기판측층 형성 재료가 히드록시프로필셀룰로오스, 히드록시에틸셀룰로오스, 메틸셀룰로오스, 히드록시프로필메틸셀룰로오스로부터 선택되는 재료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 바늘 형상체의 제조 방법. - 삭제
- 바늘 형상을 갖는 돌기부와, 상기 돌기부를 지지하는 지지 기판을 구비한 바늘 형상체로서,
돌기부측층과 지지 기판측층의 적어도 2층을 구비하고,
상기 돌기부측층 형성 재료가 풀루란, 덱스트란으로부터 선택되는 재료를 포함하고, 상기 지지 기판측층 형성 재료가 히드록시프로필셀룰로오스, 히드록시에틸셀룰로오스, 메틸셀룰로오스, 히드록시프로필메틸셀룰로오스로부터 선택되는 재료를 포함하고,
상기 돌기부측층 및 상기 지지 기판측층의 박리 강도가 8N/15㎜ 폭 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는, 바늘 형상체.
