Claims (4)
- 작동액이 봉입되는 실린더와,
상기 실린더 내에 미끄럼 이동 가능하게 끼워지는 피스톤과,
제1 단 측이 상기 피스톤에 연결되고 제2 단 측이 상기 실린더의 외부로 연장되는 피스톤 로드와,
상기 피스톤의 미끄럼 이동에 의해서 생기는 작동액의 흐름을 억제하여 감쇠력을 발생시키는 감쇠 밸브와,
이 감쇠 밸브에 밸브 폐쇄 방향의 압력을 작용시키는 파일럿실을 상기 감쇠 밸브와 함께 형성하는 바닥을 지닌 통 형상의 파일럿 케이스와,
상기 감쇠 밸브의 배면의 외주 측에 고착하여 설치되고, 상기 파일럿 케이스의 통부에 미끄럼 이동 가능하면서 또한 액밀하게 감합되는 환상의 시일 부재
를 구비하고,
상기 감쇠 밸브는, 내주 측이 클램프되고 외주 측이 개방되도록 구성되며,
상기 작동액의 흐름의 일부를 상기 파일럿실에 도입하여 상기 파일럿실의 압력에 의해서 상기 감쇠 밸브의 개방을 억제하는 완충기로서,
상기 시일 부재의 외주 측에는 환상의 오목부가 형성되고,
상기 시일 부재의 내주 측에는 환상의 볼록부가 형성되며,
상기 환상의 오목부보다 상기 감쇠 밸브로부터 이격하는 측에 상기 시일 부재의 외주 측에서 가장 큰 직경이 되는 최대 직경부를 형성하고, 상기 시일 부재의 상기 감쇠 밸브 측에는 상기 최대 직경부보다도 직경 방향 바깥쪽으로 돌출하는 감쇠 밸브 측의 볼록부를 마련하는 것인 완충기. - 삭제

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 볼록부의 정상부는, 상기 오목부의 최소 직경부보다도 상기 감쇠 밸브로부터의 거리가 큰 것인 완충기.
