Claims (26)
- 수용성 또는 분산성 폴리머의 부존재하에, 미세섬유화 셀룰로스를 포함하는 섬유로서,
상기 섬유가,
(1) 수용성 또는 분산성 폴리머의 부존재하에, 미세섬유화 셀룰로스를 포함한 조성물을 제조하는 단계로서,
상기 미세섬유화 셀룰로스는 20 내지 50의 범위인 섬유 경사도를 가지고; 상기 미세섬유화 셀룰로스는 (i) 연삭 용기에서 셀룰로스를 포함하는 섬유질 기재를 연삭하는 공정 및 (ii) 셀룰로스를 포함하는 분쇄된 섬유질 기재를 정제기에서 정제하거나, 또는 균질기에서 균질화하거나, 또는 초음파 기구로 음파처리하는 2단계 공정에 의해 수득될 수 있고;
상기 연삭은 연삭 매체의 존재하에서 수성 환경에서 수행되고; 상기 연삭 매체의 크기가 0.5mm 이상인, 단계;
(2) 단계 (1)로부터의 미세섬유화 셀룰로스를 압출기를 통해 압출하는 단계;
(3) 상기 압출된 미세섬유화 셀룰로스를 감쇠 가스로 감쇠하는 단계; 및
(4) 상기 압출된 섬유를 수집하는 단계를 포함하는,
방법에 의하여 얻어질 수 있는, 섬유. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미세섬유화 셀룰로스는 100㎛ 미만의 중앙 직경 (median diameter)(d50)을 갖는, 섬유.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 0.1㎛ 내지 1mm의 범위인 직경을 갖는, 섬유.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 섬유는 압출된 섬유인, 섬유.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 연삭은 상기 연삭 매체의 존재하에서 수성 환경에서 수행되는, 섬유.
- 수용성 또는 분산성 폴리머의 부존재하에, 미세섬유화 셀룰로스를 포함하는 섬유를 제조하는 방법으로서,
상기 방법이 (1) 수용성 또는 분산성 폴리머의 부존재하에, 미세섬유화 셀룰로스를 포함하는 조성물을 제조하는 단계로서, 상기 미세섬유화 셀룰로스는 20 내지 50의 범위인 섬유 경사도를 가지고; 상기 미세섬유화 셀룰로스는 (i) 연삭 용기에서 셀룰로스를 포함하는 섬유질 기재를 연삭하는 공정 및 (ii) 셀룰로스를 포함하는 분쇄된 섬유질 기재를 정제기에서 정제하거나, 또는 균질기에서 균질화하거나, 또는 초음파 기구로 음파처리하는 2단계 공정에 의해 수득될 수 있고;
상기 연삭은 연삭 매체의 존재하에서 수성 환경에서 수행되고; 상기 연삭 매체의 크기가 0.5mm 이상인, 단계;
(2) 단계 (1)로부터의 미세섬유화 셀룰로스를 압출기를 통해 압출하는 단계;
(3) 상기 압출된 미세섬유화 셀룰로스를 감쇠 가스로 감쇠하는 단계; 및

- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 초음파 기구는 초음파 탐침, 초음파 수조, 초음파 균질기, 초음파 포일 및 초음파 호른으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는, 방법.
