Claims (11)
- 배터리와 연결되어 회로 상의 도통 상태를 제어하는 스위치부;
상기 배터리의 상태 정보를 각각 획득하는 제1 상태 획득부 및 제2 상태 획득부;
상기 제1 상태 획득부가 획득한 상태 정보 및 제2 상태 획득부가 획득한 상태 정보 중 하나 이상을 취합하고, 상기 취합된 상태 정보와 기 설정된 기준 상태 정보를 통해 상기 스위치부의 개폐 상태를 제어하는 스위치 제어 신호를 상기 스위치부로 출력하는 제어부; 및
상기 스위치부와 연결되어 상기 스위치부의 개폐 상태를 천이시키는 스위치 구동부;를 포함하며,

상기 획득된 상태 정보와 상기 기준 상태 정보를 통해 상기 배터리의 상태를 진단하고, 상기 진단된 배터리의 상태가 이상이 있는 것으로 판단되는 경우 상기 제어부 및 상기 스위치 구동부에 진단 결과 신호를 출력하고, 또한
상기 스위치 구동부는 상기 제어부로부터 출력된 스위치 제어 신호 및 상기 제2 상태 획득부로부터 출력된 상기 진단 결과 신호 중 하나 이상을 수신하는 경우 상기 스위치부의 개폐 상태를 천이시키며, 또한
상기 제2 상태 획득부는 상기 진단 결과 신호를 상기 스위치 구동부에 직접 출력함으로써 상기 제어부가 절전 모드인 경우 상기 제2 상태 획득부에서 이상 상태의 배터리로부터 상기 스위치부를 온 또는 오프시키는 것을 특징으로 하는,

상기 제2 상태 획득부는,
상기 제1 상태 획득부 및 상기 제어부의 절전 모드(Sleep Mode) 변경 여부에 관계없이 상기 배터리의 상태를 상시 획득하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
배터리 보호 시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는,
상기 절전 모드 상태에서 상기 제2 상태 획득부로부터 상기 진단 결과 신호를 수신하는 경우 상기 절전 모드를 해제하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
배터리 보호 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서
상기 제어부는,
상기 제2 상태 획득부의 오작동을 진단하기 위한 진단 요청 신호를 출력하며, 상기 제2 상태 획득부는 상기 진단 요청 신호의 응답으로써 상기 배터리의 획득된 상태 정보를 상기 제어부로 출력하며,
상기 제어부는 상기 출력된 상태 정보를 토대로 상기 제2 상태 획득부의 오작동 여부를 자체 진단하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
배터리 보호 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 배터리로부터 상기 회로상에 인가되는 과전류를 차단하는 퓨즈;
상기 스위치부와 인접하게 위치되며, 상기 스위치부의 온도에 따라 차단되는 온도 퓨즈부; 및
상기 퓨즈를 제어하는 퓨즈 제어부;를 더 포함하며,
상기 퓨즈 제어부는,
상기 온도 퓨즈부가 차단됨에 따라 출력되는 신호를 토대로 상기 퓨즈를 차단시키는 것을 특징으로 하는,
배터리 보호 시스템.
- 제1 상태 획득부가 배터리의 상태 정보를 획득하는 단계;
제2 상태 획득부가 배터리의 상태 정보를 획득하는 단계;
상기 제1 및 2 상태 획득부로부터 획득된 상기 상태 정보를 제어부로 제공하는 단계;
상기 제어부에서 상기 제1 및 2 상태 획득부가 획득한 상태 정보 중 하나 이상을 취합하는 단계;
상기 제어부에서 상기 취합된 상태 정보와 기 설정된 기준 상태 정보를 통해 스위치부의 개폐 상태를 제어하는 스위치 제어 신호를 출력하는 단계; 및
스위치 구동부가 상기 스위치부의 개폐 상태를 천이시키는 단계;를 포함하며,
상기 개폐 상태를 천이시키는 단계는,
상기 제2 상태 획득부로부터 상기 진단 결과 신호를 수신 받는 단계;
상기 제어부로부터 상기 스위치 제어 신호를 수신 받는 단계; 및
상기 제어부로부터 출력된 스위치 제어 신호 및 상기 제2 상태 획득부로부터 출력된 상기 진단 결과 신호 중 하나 이상을 수신하는 경우 상기 스위치부의 개폐 상태를 천이시키는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 획득된 상기 상태 정보를 제어부로 제공하는 단계는,
상기 제2 상태 획득부가 상기 획득된 상태 정보와 상기 기준 상태 정보를 통해 상기 배터리의 상태를 진단하는 단계; 및
상기 제2 상태 획득부로부터 상기 진단된 배터리의 상태가 이상이 있는 것으로 판단되는 경우 상기 제어부 및 상기 스위치 구동부에 진단 결과 신호를 출력하는 단계;를 포함하며, 또한
상기 제2 상태 획득부는 상기 진단 결과를 상기 스위치 구동부에 직접 출력함으로써 상기 제어부가 절전 모드인 경우 상기 제2 상태 획득부에서 이상 상태의 배터리로부터 상기 스위치부를 온 또는 오프시키는 것을 특징으로 하는,

상기 제어부가 절전 모드 상태에서 상기 제2 상태 획득부로부터 상기 진단 결과 신호를 수신하는 경우 상기 절전 모드를 해제하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,

상기 제어부가 상기 제2 상태 획득부의 오작동을 진단하기 위한 진단 요청 신호를 출력하는 단계;
상기 제2 상태 획득부가 상기 진단 요청 신호의 응답으로서 상기 배터리의 획득된 상태 정보를 상기 제어부로 출력하는 단계; 및
상기 제어부가 상기 출력된 상태 정보를 토대로 상기 제2 상태 획득부의 오작동 여부를 자체 진단하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
