상기 제1 전도성 전극과 제2 전도성 전극 중 적어도 하나는 다공성이고, 상기 다공성 유전체 검출 층은 단량체 단위들 사이에 다이벤조다이옥산(dibenzodioxane) 연결체를 함유하는 고유 미공성 중합체(Polymer of Intrinsic Microporosity; PIM)를 포함하는 흡수흡착 재료(sorbent material)를 포함하고, 상기 단량체 단위들은 강성(rigid)이거나, 뒤틀려있거나(contorted), 또는 강성이면서 뒤틀려 있고, 상기 제1 전도성 전극 및 제2 전도성 전극의 상기 내측 표면들은 적어도 상기 다공성 유전체 검출 층의 상기 두께만큼 분리되고,
상기 제1 전도성 전극과 상기 제2 전도성 전극 사이의 전기적 단락을 방지하기 위해서 다공성 유전체 분리막 층이 상기 고유 미공성 중합체 내에 배치되고,
상기 다공성 유전체 분리막 층은 종이 층, 미공성 중합체 필름 또는 부직물 층을 포함하고,
상기 고유 미공성 중합체는 다공성 유전체 분리막 층의 적어도 양쪽에 배치되는, 센서 요소. - 센서 요소를 제조하는 방법으로서,
제1 전도성 전극 상에 다공성 유전체 검출 층을 배치하는 단계; 및
상기 다공성 유전체 검출 층 상에 제2 전도성 전극을 배치하는 단계를 포함하며,
상기 다공성 유전체 검출 층은 흡수흡착 재료를 포함하고, 상기 제1 전도성 전극은 내측 표면 및 외측 표면을 가지며, 상호연결된 탄소 섬유들을 포함하고,
상기 제2 전도성 전극은 내측 표면 및 외측 표면을 갖고, 상호연결된 탄소 섬유들을 포함하며, 상기 제1 전도성 전극과 제2 전도성 전극 중 적어도 하나는 다공성이며,
상기 다공성 유전체 검출 층은 두께를 갖고, 상기 제1 전도성 전극과 상기 제2 전도성 전극 사이에 배치되어 상기 전극들과 접촉하며, 상기 흡수흡착 재료는 단량체 단위들 사이에 다이벤조다이옥산 연결체를 함유하는 고유 미공성 중합체(Polymer of Intrinsic Microporosity; PIM)를 포함하고, 상기 단량체 단위들은 강성이거나 뒤틀려 있거나 또는 강성이면서 뒤틀려 있고, 상기 제1 전도성 전극 및 제2 전도성 전극의 상기 내측 표면들은 적어도 상기 다공성 유전체 검출 층의 상기 두께만큼 분리되고,
상기 제1 전도성 전극과 상기 제2 전도성 전극 사이의 전기적 단락을 방지하기 위해서 다공성 유전체 분리막 층이 상기 고유 미공성 중합체 내에 배치되고,
상기 다공성 유전체 분리막 층은 종이 층, 미공성 중합체 필름 또는 부직물 층을 포함하고,
상기 고유 미공성 중합체는 다공성 유전체 분리막 층의 적어도 양쪽에 배치되는, 방법. - 분석물 증기를 분석하는 방법으로서,
센서 요소를 제공하는 단계로서, 상기 센서 요소는,
내측 표면 및 외측 표면을 갖고 상호연결된 탄소 섬유들을 포함하는 제1 전도성 전극,
내측 표면 및 외측 표면을 갖고 상호연결된 탄소 섬유들을 포함하는 제2 전도성 전극, 및

상기 분석물 증기를 포함하는 기체 상태의 샘플에 상기 센서 요소를 노출시키는 단계;
상기 센서 요소의 커패시턴스(capacitance) 또는 다른 전기적 특성 중 적어도 하나를 측정하는 단계; 및
상기 센서 요소의 커패시턴스 또는 다른 전기적 특성 중 상기 적어도 하나에 기초하여, 상기 기체 상태의 샘플 중 상기 분석물 증기의 양 또는 상기 분석물 증기의 화학적 아이덴티티(identity) 중 적어도 하나를 결정하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법. - 삭제
