Abstract
코크스로의 갱신 또는 신설을 위한 코크스로의 건설 방법으로서, 상기 코크스로의 건설 장소 이외의 장소에 있어서 복수의 정형 내화물을 쌓아 올려 블록을 제조하는 블록 제조 공정과, 상기 블록을 코크스로 건설 장소에 운반하는 블록 운반 공정과, 상기 블록을 설치하는 위치에 모르타르를 도포하는 모르타르 도포 공정과, 상기 모르타르가 도포된 위치에 상기 블록을 설치하는 블록 설치 공정을 갖고, 상기 블록의 길이 방향 길이가 상기 코크스로의 노 길이의 1/4 이상 2/3 이하이며, 상기 블록의 높이가 2 m 미만인 코크스로의 건설 방법.

Claims (3)
- 코크스로의 신설을 위한 코크스로의 건설 방법으로서,
상기 코크스로의 건설 장소 이외의 장소에 있어서 복수의 정형 내화물을 쌓아 올려 블록을 제조하는 블록 제조 공정과,
상기 블록을 코크스로 건설 장소에 운반하는 블록 운반 공정과,
상기 블록을 설치하는 위치에 모르타르를 도포하는 모르타르 도포 공정과,
상기 모르타르가 도포된 위치에 상기 블록을 설치하는 블록 설치 공정을 갖고,
상기 블록의 적어도 1 개가 상기 코크스로의 축열실을 구성하고,
상기 블록의 길이 방향 길이가 상기 코크스로의 노 길이의 1/4 이상 2/3 이하이며, 상기 블록의 높이가 2 m 미만이고,
상기 블록 제조 공정에 있어서의 블록의 제조를, 정형 내화물 쌓아 올리기용 아암형 로봇과 모르타르 도포용 아암형 로봇을 사용하여, 복수의 제조 라인에서 실시하는 코크스로의 건설 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 블록의 적어도 1 개가 상기 코크스로의 연소실을 구성하는 코크스로의 건설 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
추가로, 코크스로 건설 장소에 있어서 정형 내화물을 수동 쌓기하는 정형 내화물 수동 쌓기 공정을 갖는 코크스로의 건설 방법.
