Claims (10)
- 유기 발광 다이오드를 포함하여 이루어진 발광부; 및
상기 발광부를 구동하기 위한 구동 트랜지스터, 적어도 1 이상의 스위칭 트랜지스터, 및 커패시터를 포함하여 이루어진 화소 회로부를 포함하여 이루어지고,
상기 화소 회로부는 상기 화소 회로부에 유입되는 광을 차단하기 위한 차광막이 형성된 차광부와 상기 차광막이 형성되지 않는 오픈부로 이루어져 상기 화소 회로부에 유입되는 광을 선택적으로 차단하며,
상기 오픈부는 상기 적어도 1 이상의 스위칭 트랜지스터 중 적어도 어느 하나가 형성된 영역인, 유기발광표시장치. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 차광부는 상기 발광부와 오픈부를 제외한 영역인, 유기발광표시장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 차광부와 오픈부는 상기 발광부를 이루는 서브 화소의 컬러 별로 그 영역이 달라지는, 유기발광표시장치. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 오픈부는 상기 서브 화소가 흰색과 청색인 경우에는 상기 적어도 1 이상의 스위칭 트랜지스터와 구동 트랜지스터가 형성된 영역이고, 상기 서브 화소가 적색과 녹색인 경우에는 상기 적어도 1 이상의 스위칭 트랜지스터가 형성된 영역이고,
상기 차광부는 상기 발광부와 오픈부를 제외한 영역인, 유기발광표시장치. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 서브 화소가 흰색과 청색인 경우에 형성된 오픈부는 상기 적어도 1 이상의 스위칭 트랜지스터가 형성된 영역과 상기 구동 트랜지스터가 형성된 일부 영역이고,
상기 차광부는 상기 발광부와 오픈부를 제외한 영역인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기발광표시장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 스위칭 트랜지스터, 및 구동 트랜지스터는 액티브층, 게이트 전극, 소스 전극 및 드레인 전극을 포함하는, 유기발광표시장치. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 액티브층은 산화물 반도체로 이루어진, 유기발광표시장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 차광막은 도체 물질, 반도체 물질, 또는 블랙 수지 물질 중 어느 하나로 이루어진, 유기발광표시장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 차광막은 그 두께에 따라 광 투과율이 달라지는, 유기발광표시장치.
