Claims (10)
- 고무층(A)과, 고무층(A) 상에 적층된 불소 수지층(B)을 구비하는 적층체이며,
고무층(A)은 가황용 고무 조성물로 형성되는 층이고,
가황용 고무 조성물은,
아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔 고무 및 그의 수소화물, 스티렌-부타디엔 고무, 클로로프렌 고무, 부타디엔 고무, 천연 고무, 이소프렌 고무, 에틸렌-프로필렌-터모노머 공중합체 고무, 실리콘 고무, 부틸 고무 및 아크릴계 고무로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종인 미가황 고무(a1),
1,8-디아자비시클로(5.4.0)운데센-7염, 1,5-디아자비시클로(4.3.0)-노넨-5염, 1,8-디아자비시클로(5.4.0)운데센-7 및 1,5-디아자비시클로(4.3.0)-노넨-5로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 화합물(a2),
디티오카르밤산 구리염인 화합물(a3),
산화마그네슘(a4), 및
실리카(a5)를 함유하고,
불소 수지층(B)은 불소 폴리머 조성물로 형성되는 층이고,
불소 폴리머 조성물은, 클로로트리플루오로에틸렌에서 유래되는 공중합 단위를 갖는 불소 폴리머(b1)를 함유하고,
상기 화합물(a2)은 미가황 고무(a1) 100질량부에 대하여 0.1질량부 이상 1.0질량부 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체. - 제1항에 있어서,
가황용 고무 조성물은,
황 가황계 가황제 및 퍼옥시드 가황계 가황제로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 가황제(a6)를 더 함유하는 적층체. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
가황용 고무 조성물은,
티아졸계 금속염(a7)을 더 함유하는 적층체. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
미가황 고무(a1)는, 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔 고무 또는 그의 수소화물인 적층체. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
화합물(a2)은
1,8-디아자비시클로(5.4.0)운데센-7, 1,8-벤질-1,8-디아자비시클로(5.4.0)-7-운데세늄클로라이드, 1,8-디아자비시클로(5.4.0)운데센-7의 나프토산염, 1,8-디아자비시클로(5.4.0)운데센-7의 페놀염, 1,8-디아자비시클로(5.4.0)운데센-7의 오르토프탈산염 및 1,8-디아자비시클로(5.4.0)운데센-7의 포름산염으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 화합물인 적층체. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
불소 폴리머(b1)는, 클로로트리플루오로에틸렌-테트라플루오로에틸렌-퍼플루오로(알킬비닐에테르) 공중합체인 적층체. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
불소 수지층(B)의 양측에 고무층(A)이 적층되어 있는 적층체. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
고무층(A)의 양측에 불소 수지층(B)이 적층되어 있는 적층체. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
고무층(A) 상에 또는 불소 수지층(B) 상에 고무층(A) 및 불소 수지층(B) 이외의 중합체층(C)을 더 포함하는 적층체. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 적층체를 가황 처리하여 얻어지고,
가황 고무층(A1)과 불소 수지층(B)이 가황 접착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
