Abstract
Description
도 2는 최적 펩타이드(P1)에 의해 표면 개질된 PLGA 가스-생성 나노입자의 지방세포 내 선택적 이입 효과를 공초점 현미경으로 관찰한 사진이다.
도 3은 최적 펩타이드(P1-P5)에 의해 표면 개질된 PLGA 가스-생성 나노입자(GNP)의 단회 처리로 인한 3T3-L1 세포 사멸 효과를 스캐너로 확인한 사진이다.
도 4는 최적 펩타이드(P1, P3, P7)에 의해 표면 개질된 PLGA 가스-생성 나노입자(GNP)의 다회 처리로 인한 3T3-L1 세포 사멸 효과를 확인한 그래프이다.
도 5는 다양한 몰비의 최적 펩타이드(P1)에 의해 표면 개질된 PLGA 가스-생성 나노입자(GNP)의 3T3-L1 세포 사멸 효과를 확인한 그래프이다.

Claims (10)
- 지방세포 표적 지향성 또는 세포 투과성 펩타이드에 의해 표면 개질된 생체적합성 고분자; 및
상기 생체적합성 고분자 내부에 봉입된 세립 탄산칼슘(Fine-grained Calcium Carbonate) 결정을 함유하는 표면 개질된 가스-생성 나노입자를 포함하는
지방 분해용 약학 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 표면 개질된 가스-생성 나노입자는 지방세포 내 선택적으로 이입된 후, 지방세포를 사멸시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 지방 분해용 약학 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 표면 개질된 가스-생성 나노입자는 지방세포를 제외한 다른 세포를 사멸시키지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는, 지방 분해용 약학 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 펩타이드는 서열번호 1 내지 6 중 어느 하나로 기재되는 아미노산 서열로 이루어진, 지방 분해용 약학 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 표면 개질은 상기 생체적합성 고분자 말단 아민기와 상기 펩타이드 말단 아민기의 카보디이미드 결합에 의한 것인, 지방 분해용 약학 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 생체적합성 고분자는 폴리락타이드(PLA), 폴리글리콜라이드(PGA), 폴리락타이드-폴리글리콜라이드 공중합체(PLGA), 녹말, 글리코겐, 키틴, 펩티도글리칸, 리그노 설포네이트, 탄닌산, 리그닌, 펙틴, 폴리에틸렌글라이콜, 폴리에틸렌옥사이드, 폴리비닐알코올, 폴리에틸렌옥사이드-폴리프로필렌옥사이드 블록 공중합체, 셀룰로오스, 헤미 셀룰로오스, 헤파린, 히알루론산, 덱스트란 및 알지네이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 구조를 가지는 중합체인, 지방 분해용 약학 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 펩타이드 및 상기 생체적합성 고분자의 몰비는 0.05:1 내지 1:1인, 지방 분해용 약학 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 약학 조성물 내 상기 세립 탄산칼슘 결정의 농도는 0.01 (w/v)% 내지 10 (w/v)%인, 지방 분해용 약학 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 약학 조성물은 주사제 또는 경피 투여제 형태인, 지방 분해용 약학 조성물.
- 지방세포 표적 지향성 또는 세포 투과성 펩타이드에 의해 표면 개질된 생체적합성 고분자; 및
상기 생체적합성 고분자 내부에 봉입된 세립 탄산칼슘(Fine-grained Calcium Carbonate) 결정을 함유하는 표면 개질된 가스-생성 나노입자를 포함하는
지방 분해용 화장료 조성물.
