Description
도 2는 기존 SBW 시스템에서 반력 토크를 생성하기 위해 사용하는 반력 토크 맵을 도시한 도면이다.
도 3은 본 실시예에 따른 SBW 시스템에서 오프셋에 따라 반력 토크 맵을 수정하는 과정의 일 예를 도시한 도면이다.
도 4는 본 실시예에 따른 SBW 시스템에서 반력 토크를 생성하기 위해 사용하는 반력 토크 맵을 도시한 도면이다.
도 5는 본 실시예에 따른 SBW 시스템에서 반력 토크 맵을 기초로 실제 생성되는 반력 토크가 변화하는 일 예를 도시한 도면이다.
도 6은 본 실시예에 따른 SBW 시스템에서 조향 반력 토크를 생성하는 방법을 나타낸 흐름도이다.
Claims (10)
- 차량의 SBW(Steer-by-wire) 시스템에서 조향 반력 토크를 생성하는 장치에 있어서,
입력 인자를 기초로 오프셋을 결정하는 오프셋 결정부;
상기 입력 인자 및 상기 오프셋 중 적어도 하나를 기초로 목표 반력 토크를 결정하는 목표 반력 토크 결정부; 및
상기 목표 반력 토크를 기초로 조향 반력 토크를 생성하는 반력 토크 생성부를 포함하며,
상기 입력 인자는 랙포스 및 시간당 랙포스 변화량인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치. - 삭제

- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 반력 토크 생성부는,
시간당 상기 조향 반력 토크의 변화량을 미리 설정된 슬로프값 이하가 되도록 제한하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 목표 반력 토크의 크기는 차속에 비례하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치. - 차량의 SBW(Steer-by-wire) 시스템에서 조향 반력 토크를 생성하는 방법에 있어서,
입력 인자를 기초로 오프셋을 결정하는 오프셋 결정 단계;
상기 입력 인자 및 상기 오프셋 중 적어도 하나를 기초로 목표 반력 토크를 결정하는 목표 반력 토크 결정 단계; 및
상기 목표 반력 토크를 기초로 조향 반력 토크를 생성하는 반력 토크 생성 단계를 포함하며,
상기 입력 인자는 랙포스 및 시간당 랙포스 변화량인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 삭제

상기 반력 토크 생성 단계는,
시간당 상기 조향 반력 토크의 변화량을 미리 설정된 슬로프값 이하가 되도록 제한하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 6항에 있어서,
상기 목표 반력 토크의 크기는 차속에 비례하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
