도 2는 본 발명의 하나의 실시예에 따른 전지모듈의 구조를 부분적으로 나타낸 수직 단면도이다;
도 3은 본 발명의 또 하나의 실시예에 따른 냉각 겸용 완충 부재의 사시도이다;
도 4는 본 발명의 또 하나의 실시예에 다른 냉각 겸용 완충 부재의 사시도이다;
도 5는 본 발명의 또 하나의 실시예에 따른 냉각 겸용 완충 부재의 사시도이다;
도 6은 본 발명의 또 다른 실시예에 따른 전지모듈의 구조를 부분적으로 나타낸 수직 단면도이다.
Claims (5)
- 전극조립체가 전해액과 함께 전지케이스의 내부에 밀봉되어 있는 구조의 복수의 전지셀들이 상호 측면이 접하는 상태로 배열되어 이루어져 있는 전지셀 적층체; 및
상기 전지셀 적층체의 하중을 지지할 수 있도록 상기 전지셀 적층체의 하부에 장착되어 있고, 상기 전지셀 적층체로부터 충방전 과정에서 발생하는 열을 전지셀 적층체의 하부로 방출할 수 있도록, 다공성 구조로 이루어져 있는 냉각 겸용 완충 부재; 를 포함하고,
상기 냉각 겸용 완충 부재는 접착 부재에 의해 상기 전지셀 적층체에 결합되며,
상기 냉각 겸용 완충 부재의 다공성 구조에 의해 형성되어 있는 중공 부위에는 액상 또는 고상 냉매가 채워져 있는 전지 모듈. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 냉각 겸용 완충 부재의 상면은 상기 전지셀 적층체의 하면 형상에 대응하는 형상으로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 냉각 겸용 완충 부재는 트러스(truss) 구조로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 냉각 겸용 완충 부재는 전지셀 적층체의 하중을 지지하고, 전지셀 적층체에 가해지는 외부 충격 또는 진동을 감쇠할 수 있도록 탄성 소재로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지모듈.
