Claims (7)
- 수분 및 먼지를 제거하는 바닥면 청소단계;
바닥면 상 일부에 프라이머층을 형성하는 프라이머층 형성단계;
상기 바닥면 및 프라이머층 상에 개질아스팔트 방수시트를 형성하는 개질아스팔트 시트 형성단계; 및
상기 개질아스팔트 시트 상에는 무기질 코팅층을 형성하는 무기질 코팅층 형성단계;
상기 무기질 코팅층 상에 도막방수재를 형성하는 도막방수재 형성단계를 포함하되,
상기 개질아스팔트 방수시트는
스트레이트 아스팔트 60 ~ 70중량%, SBS 6 ~ 10중량%, 수소처리된 파라핀 증류오일 6 ~ 8중량%, CR 고무 6 ~ 8중량%, 석유수지 3 ~ 5중량%, 탄산칼슘 2 ~ 5중량%, 돌로마이트 3 ~ 5중량%, 디이소노릴프타레이트 3 ~ 5중량% 및 산화마그네슘 0.5 ~ 1중량% 및 산화아연 0.5 ~ 1중량%를 포함하여 형성하며,
상기 개질아스팔트 방수시트의 하부에는 접착부 및 비접착부로 구성되어
상기 비접착부는 규사가 추가 도포되어 바닥면과 접하며,
상기 접착부는 상기 프라이머층 상에서 접착되어 방수시트가 바닥면에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합방수공법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 개질아스팔트 방수시트는 비노출 형태로 작업하되, 상기 개질아스팔트 방수시트의 접착부 접착되는 절연접착으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합방수공법.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 개질아스팔트 시트의 접착부는 개질아스팔트 방수시트 1m 길이당 15 ~ 20cm를 차지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합방수공법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 무기질 코팅층은 아크릴산 에스테르 에멀젼 35~65중량%, 규사 20~40중량%, 기능성 시멘트 10~16중량%, 물 2~5중량%, 점토 1.5~5중량%, 소포제 0.01~0.5중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합방수공법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 도막방수재는 폴리우레탄 도막방수재인 것을 특징으로 하되,
상기 폴리우레탄 도막방수재는 폴리프로필렌 폴리올 20 ~ 30중량%, 체질안료 50 ~ 60중량%, 숯 10 ~ 18중량%, 가교제 1.3 ~ 1.5중량%, 가소제 1.5 ~ 2.0중량%, 침강방지제 0.5 ~ 0.8중량%, 분산제 0.2 ~ 0.5중량%, 소포제 0.3 ~ 0.5중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합방수공법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 개질아스팔트 시트 상부에 부직포가 형성되며, 상기 부직포는 장섬유 폴리에스터 부직포를 시트 1kg 당 200 ~ 230g이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합방수공법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 개질아스팔트 시트를 복수개로 부착하는 경우 시트와 시트 사이에는 상기 도막방수재를 이용하여 접착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합방수공법.
