Abstract
본 발명에 따른 교면방수제 조성물 및 이 조성물과 방수시트를 이용한 복합방수공법은 콘크리트의 미세균열 및 모세관 공극 등의 침투성능이 우수한 도포제를 방수공법에 적용함으로써, 추가적 보호막을 형성할 수 있고, 외부하중이나 충격 등으로 손상받기 쉬운 콘크리트 교면과 방수제 계면의 결합을 공고히 할 수 있으며, 내투수 저항성을 향상시킬 수 있어 콘크리트 교면의 내구성을 대폭 향상시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 방수시트를 이용하여 다층의 방수층을 형성함으로써 방수 성능을 극대화 할 수 있다.

상기 교면방수제 조성물 1차 도포단계가 종료된 후 방수시트를 적층하는 방수시트 적층단계;
상기 방수시트 적층단계가 종료된 후 상기 교면방수제 조성물을 다시 도포하는 교면방수제 조성물 2차 도포단계;
상기 교면방수제 조성물 2차 도포단계가 종료된 후 방수층 피복재를 적층하는 방수층 피복재 적층 단계; 및
상기 방수층 피복재 적층단계가 종료된 후 아스콘 포장을 하는 아스콘 포장단계를 포함하는 복합방수공법.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 표면처리단계후, 에폭시 프라이머를 도포하는 프라이머 도포단계를 더 포함하는 복합방수공법.
