- C4~C22 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트(alkyl (meth)acrylate), C20~C24 알파-올레핀(alpha-olefin) 및 4~30개의 탄소 원자를 가지는 탄화수소 사슬로 N-치환된 말레이미드(maleimide)의 터폴리머(terpolymers);
- C1~C40 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트, 바람직하게 C8~C24 알킬 폴리아크릴레이트(alkyl polyacrylates)의 호모폴리머(homopolymers); 및
- 적어도 하나의 선형 또는 분지형, 포화 또는 불포화 탄화수소 사슬을 포함하며 4~30개의 탄소 원자를 가지는 모노-카르복실산(mono-carboxylic acid) 또는 폴리-카르복실산(poly-carboxylic acid)의 암모늄염(ammonium salts);으로부터 선택된다.

Claims (17)
- 모터 연료 및 액체 탄화수소 연료용 첨가제 조성물로서,
· 적어도 하나의 개질된 알킬페놀-알데히드 수지; 및
· 적어도 하나의 여과성 첨가제;를 포함하며,
상기 적어도 하나의 개질된 알킬페놀-알데히드 수지(modified alkylphenol-aldehyde resin)는
- 1~8개의 탄소 원자를 가지는 적어도 하나의 알데히드(aldehyde) 및/또는 하나의 케톤(ketone); 및
- 4~30개의 탄소 원자를 가지는, 적어도 하나의 알킬모노아민기(alkylmonoamine group) 또는 알킬폴리아민(알킬아민)기(alkylpolyamine (alkylamine) group)를 가지는 적어도 하나의 탄화수소 화합물;과 알킬페놀-알데히드 축합 수지(alkylphenol-aldehyde condensation resin)의 만니히 반응(Mannich reaction)에 의해 얻어질 수 있으며,
상기 알킬페놀-알데히드 축합 수지는
- 1~30개의 탄소 원자를 가지는, 적어도 하나의 선형 또는 분지형 알킬기로 치환된 적어도 하나의 알킬페놀; 및
- 1~8개의 탄소 원자를 가지는 적어도 하나의 알데히드 및/또는 하나의 케톤;의 축합에 의해 얻어질 수 있고,
상기 적어도 하나의 여과성 첨가제(filterability additive)는
- C4~C22 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트(alkyl (meth)acrylate), C20~C24 알파-올레핀(alpha-olefin) 및 4~30개의 탄소 원자를 가지는 탄화수소 사슬로 N-치환된 말레이미드(maleimide)의 터폴리머(terpolymers);
- C1~C40 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트의 호모폴리머(homopolymers); 및
- 적어도 하나의 선형 또는 분지형, 포화 또는 불포화 탄화수소 사슬을 포함하며 4~30개의 탄소 원자를 가지는 모노-카르복실산(mono-carboxylic acid) 또는 폴리-카르복실산(poly-carboxylic acid)의 암모늄염(ammonium salts);으로부터 선택되는, 모터 연료 및 액체 탄화수소 연료용 첨가제 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
· 상기 적어도 하나의 개질된 알킬페놀-알데히드 수지; 및
· 상기 적어도 하나의 여과성 첨가제;를 포함하며,
상기 적어도 하나의 개질된 알킬페놀-알데히드 수지(modified alkylphenol-aldehyde resin)는
- 1~8개의 탄소 원자를 가지는 상기 적어도 하나의 알데히드(aldehyde) 및/또는 상기 하나의 케톤(ketone); 및
- 4~30개의 탄소 원자를 가지는, 상기 적어도 하나의 알킬모노아민기(alkylmonoamine group) 또는 상기 알킬폴리아민(알킬아민)기(alkylpolyamine (alkylamine) group)를 가지는 상기 적어도 하나의 탄화수소 화합물;과 상기 알킬페놀-알데히드 축합 수지(alkylphenol-aldehyde condensation resin)의 만니히 반응에 의해 얻어질 수 있으며,
상기 알킬페놀-알데히드 축합 수지는
- 1~30개의 탄소 원자를 가지는, 적어도 하나의 선형 또는 분지형 알킬기로 치환된 상기 적어도 하나의 알킬페놀; 및
- 1~8개의 탄소 원자를 가지는 상기 적어도 하나의 알데히드 및/또는 상기 하나의 케톤;의 축합에 의해 얻어질 수 있고,
상기 적어도 하나의 여과성 첨가제는
- 상기 C1~C40 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트의 호모폴리머(homopolymers); 및
- 적어도 하나의 선형 또는 분지형, 포화 또는 불포화 탄화수소 사슬을 포함하며 4~30개의 탄소 원자를 가지는 상기 모노-카르복실산 또는 상기 폴리-카르복실산의 상기 암모늄염(ammonium salts);으로부터 선택되는, 모터 연료 및 액체 탄화수소 연료용 첨가제 조성물. - 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
· 상기 적어도 하나의 개질된 알킬페놀-알데히드 수지;
· 상기 C1~C40 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트의 호모폴리머로부터 선택된, 적어도 하나의 제 1 여과성 첨가제; 및
· 적어도 하나의 제 2 여과성 첨가제;를 포함하며,
상기 적어도 하나의 제 2 여과성 첨가제는
- 상기 C4~C22 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트, 상기 C20~C24 알파-올레핀 및 4~30개의 탄소 원자를 가지는 탄화수소 사슬로 N-치환된 상기 말레이미드의 상기 터폴리머; 및
- 적어도 하나의 선형 또는 분지형, 포화 또는 불포화 탄화수소 사슬을 포함하며 4~30개의 탄소 원자를 포함하는 상기 모노-카르복실산 또는 상기 폴리-카르복실산의 상기 암모늄염;으로부터 선택되는, 모터 연료 및 액체 탄화수소 연료용 첨가제 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 암모늄염은 적어도 하나의 선형 또는 분지형, 포화 또는 불포화 탄화수소 사슬을 포함하며 4~30개의 탄소 원자를 가지는 상기 모노-카르복실산 또는 상기 폴리-카르복실산의 상기 암모늄염 및 지방 아민(fatty amine) 및/또는 에톡실화 지방 아민(ethoxylated fatty amine)의 암모늄염인, 첨가제 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 개질된 알킬페놀-알데히드 수지는 파라 위치(para position)에서 치환된 적어도 하나의 알킬페놀로부터 얻어질 수 있는, 모터 연료 및 액체 탄화수소 연료용 첨가제 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 개질된 알킬페놀-알데히드 수지는 포름알데히드(formaldehyde), 아세트알데히드(acetaldehyde), 프로피온알데히드(propionaldehyde), 부틸알데히드(butyraldehyde), 2-에틸 헥산알(2-ethyl hexanal), 벤즈알데히드(benzaldehyde), 아세톤(acetone) 및 적어도 하나의 알데히드 및/또는 하나의 케톤으로부터 얻어질 수 있는, 모터 연료 및 액체 탄화수소 연료용 첨가제 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 개질된 알킬페놀-알데히드 수지는 적어도 하나의 1차 아민기(primary amine group)를 가지는 적어도 하나의 알킬아민으로부터 얻어질 수 있는, 모터 연료 및 액체 탄화수소 연료용 첨가제 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 개질된 알킬페놀-알데히드 수지는 p-노닐페놀, 포름알데히드 및 적어도 하나의 알킬모노아민기(alkylmonoamine group) 또는 알킬폴리아민기(alkylpolyamine group)를 가지는 적어도 하나의 탄화수소 화합물로부터 얻어질 수 있는, 모터 연료 및 액체 탄화수소 연료용 첨가제 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 개질된 알킬페놀-알데히드 수지는 지방 사슬을 가지는 적어도 하나의 알킬아민 또는 지방 사슬을 가지는 알킬아민의 혼합물 및 12~24개의 탄소 원자를 가지는 알킬아민(들)로부터 얻어질 수 있는, 모터 연료 및 액체 탄화수소 연료용 첨가제 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
30질량%의 방향족 용매로 희석된 상기 수지의 용액에 100s-1의 전단 속도로 동적 유량계를 이용하여 측정된 상기 개질된 알킬페놀-알데히드 수지의 50℃에서의 점도는 1,000~10,000mPa.s인, 모터 연료 및 액체 탄화수소 연료용 첨가제 조성물. - 제 1항에 있어서,
에틸렌 및 비닐 에스테르(ethylene and vinyl ester; EVA) 및/또는 에틸렌 및 아크릴릭 에스테르(ethylene and acrylic ester; EVP)의 코폴리머 및 터폴리머로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 추가 여과성 첨가제를 더 포함하는, 모터 연료 및 액체 탄화수소 연료용 첨가제 조성물. - 제 11항에 있어서,
상기 추가 여과성 첨가제는 에틸렌 및 비닐 에스테르(EVA)의 코폴리머로부터 선택되는, 모터 연료 및 액체 탄화수소 연료용 첨가제 조성물. - 모터 연료 또는 액체 탄화수소 연료의 저온 특성을 향상시키는 방법으로서, 제1항에 따른 첨가제 조성물이 상기 모터 연료 또는 상기 액체 탄화수소 연료에 첨가되는, 방법.
- 표준 NF EN 116에 따라 측정된 모터 연료 또는 액체 탄화수소 연료의 저온 필터-막힘점을 향상시키는 방법으로서, 제1항에 따른 첨가제 조성물이 상기 모터 연료 또는 상기 액체 탄화수소 연료에 첨가되는, 방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서,
상기 모터 연료 또는 상기 액체 탄화수소 연료의 비등 범위는 120~500℃인, 방법. - 제 13항에 있어서,
상기 모터 연료 또는 상기 액체 탄화수소 연료는 제트 연료(jet fuels), 가스 오일(gas oils), 디젤 연료(diesel fuels), 가정용 연료유(domestic fuel oil) 및 중유(heavy fuel oil)로부터 선택되는, 방법. - 비등 온도 범위가 100~500℃인, 모터 연료 또는 탄화수소 연료의 조성물로서,
- 탄화수소 화합물, 식물성 오일, 동물성 오일, 식물성 오일 또는 동물성 오일의 에스테르, 동물 기원 또는 식물 기원의 바이오 디젤; 및
- 제1항에 따른 5~5,000 질량 ppm의 적어도 하나의 조성물;을 포함하는, 모터 연료 또는 탄화수소 연료의 조성물.
