Claims (4)
- 왕복 운동하는 가동자를 갖는 리니어 모터와,
당해 리니어 모터의 일단측에서 상기 가동자에 접속되어 왕복 운동하는 피스톤과, 당해 피스톤을 슬라이딩 가능하게 수용하고 압축실을 형성하는 실린더를 갖는 압축부와,
상기 압축부의 상기 압축실의 토출부에 접속되며, 내부에 건조제가 충전된 에어 드라이어
로 이루어지고, 당해 에어 드라이어는 상기 가동자 및 상기 피스톤의 이동 방향의 축선 상에 배치되는 것인 압축기. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 에어 드라이어와, 당해 에어 드라이어가 토출하는 작동 기체를 저류하는 탱크를 잇는 통로와, 당해 통로에 마련되는 제1 전자 밸브를 가지고,
상기 제1 전자 밸브는, 상기 압축부의 외주측에 있어서, 상기 피스톤의 이동 방향과 상기 제1 전자 밸브의 동작 방향이 같은 방향이 되도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 통로를 분기하고 상기 에어 드라이어와 차체를 위, 아래 방향으로 이동 가능하게 지지하는 에어 스프링을 잇는 에어 스프링 통로와, 당해 에어 스프링 통로에 마련되는 제2 전자 밸브를 가지고,
상기 제2 전자 밸브는 상기 압축부의 외주측에 있어서, 상기 피스톤의 이동 방향과 상기 제2 전자 밸브의 동작 방향이 같은 방향이 되도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 리니어 모터의 타단측에는, 외기를 흡입하는 흡입 밸브를 상기 피스톤의 이동 방향과 상기 흡입 밸브의 동작 방향이 같은 방향이 되도록 배치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기.
