Claims (6)
- 삭제
- 제 1 실린더와;상기 제 1 실린더를 개폐하는 토출밸브와;상기 제 1 실린더의 내부와 통하는 제 1 관통로가 형성되고, 상기 제 1 관통로를 개폐하는 제 1 흡입밸브가 구비되며, 상기 제 1 실린더 내부에서 진퇴될 수 있도록 리니어 모터에 연결된 제 1 피스톤과;상기 제 1 피스톤과 함께 진퇴되도록 상기 제 1 피스톤에 구비되고, 상기 제 1 관통로와 통하는 제 2 관통로가 형성된 제 2 실린더와;상기 제 2 관통로와 통하고 유체가 흡입되는 제 3 관통로가 형성되고, 상기 제 3 관통로를 개폐하는 제 2 흡입밸브가 구비되며, 상기 제 1 피스톤 및 제 2 실린더의 진퇴시 상기 제 1 관통로와 상기 제 2 관통로 내의 유체가 압축될 수 있도록 고정된 제 2 피스톤과;상기 제 2 흡입밸브를 조작시키는 밸브 조작기구를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 실린더는 상기 제 1 흡입밸브의 반대편에 제 1 피스톤의 진퇴 방향으로 돌출되게 배치된 것을 특징을 하는 리니어 압축기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 흡입밸브는 상기 제 2 피스톤의 제 1 실린더 대향면에 일측이 고정되고 상기 제 3 관통로와 대응되는 부위가 탄성적으로 휘는 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 실린더와 이격되게 배치되고 유체가 흡입될 수 있도록 흡입구가 형성된 백 커버가 더 포함되고,상기 제2피스톤은 상기 제3관통로가 상기 흡입구와 통하도록 상기 백 커버에 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 밸브 조작기구는 상기 백 커버 외측에 설치된 밸브 모터와, 상기 밸브 모터에 연동되어 상기 제 2 흡입밸브의 제 3 관통로 대응부위를 토출밸브 방향으로 밀어낼 수 있도록 상기 제 2 실린더의 제 3 관통로 내부에 진퇴 가능하게 배치된 푸시 로드로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 리니어 압축기.
