Description
Claims (10)
- リニア圧縮機における可動体支持構造であって、
圧縮機容器の内部において作動ガスの高圧室と低圧室とを仕切る可動体であって、所定の軸方向可動域にて一方向移動及び逆方向移動を周期的に繰り返す軸方向往復運動における前記一方向移動により前記高圧室の作動ガスを圧縮する可動体と、
軸方向に配列される複数の板バネ部であって、各板バネ部が前記可動体の軸方向往復運動を可能とするように前記可動体を前記圧縮機容器に弾性的に支持する複数の板バネ部と、
軸方向に配列される複数の第1補助バネ部であって、各第1補助バネ部が第1軸方向剛性を有し、かつ各第1補助バネ部が前記複数の板バネ部のうち対応する板バネ部の一方向側に隣接して配置される複数の第1補助バネ部と、
軸方向に配列される複数の第2補助バネ部であって、各第2補助バネ部が第2軸方向剛性を有し、かつ各第2補助バネ部が前記対応する板バネ部の逆方向側に隣接して配置される複数の第2補助バネ部と、を備え、
前記第2軸方向剛性は、前記可動体に作用する前記高圧室と前記低圧室との圧力差により生じる前記所定の軸方向可動域からの前記可動体の実際の軸方向可動域のずれを補正するように、前記第1軸方向剛性と異なることを特徴とする可動体支持構造。 - 前記所定の軸方向可動域は、前記可動体の軸方向往復運動における板バネ部の周期的な軸方向弾性変形の中心位置を、板バネ部の中立位置に一致させるよう定められており、
前記第2軸方向剛性は、板バネ部の中立位置からの前記中心位置の軸方向位置ずれを補正するように、前記第1軸方向剛性と異なることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可動体支持構造。 - 各第1補助バネ部は、前記対応する板バネ部の一方向側への弾性変形に伴う当該板バネ部との接触により当該弾性変形に追従するよう当該板バネ部の一方向側に隣接し、
各第2補助バネ部は、前記対応する板バネ部の逆方向側への弾性変形に伴う当該板バネ部との接触により当該弾性変形に追従するよう当該板バネ部の逆方向側に隣接することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の可動体支持構造。 - 各第1補助バネ部は、軸方向に隣接する2つの板バネ部の間において軸方向に重ねて配置される1以上の第1補助バネを備え、
各第2補助バネ部は、軸方向に隣接する2つの板バネ部の間において軸方向に重ねて配置される1以上の第2補助バネを備え、
前記第1補助バネの数が前記第2補助バネの数と異なることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の可動体支持構造。 - 前記第1補助バネは、前記第2補助バネと同一の寸法を有しかつ同一の材料で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の可動体支持構造。
- 前記第1補助バネ部は前記第2補助バネ部と異なる寸法を有し、及び/または、前記第1補助バネ部は前記第2補助バネ部と異なる材料で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の可動体支持構造。
- 前記第2軸方向剛性は、前記第1軸方向剛性より大きいことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の可動体支持構造。
- リニア圧縮機における可動体支持構造であって、
圧縮機容器の内部において作動ガスの高圧室と低圧室とを仕切る可動体であって、一方向移動及び逆方向移動を周期的に繰り返す軸方向往復運動における前記一方向移動により前記高圧室の作動ガスを圧縮する可動体と、
軸方向に配列される複数の板バネ部であって、各板バネ部が前記可動体の軸方向往復運動を可能とするように前記可動体を前記圧縮機容器に弾性的に支持する複数の板バネ部と、
軸方向に配列される複数の第1補助バネ部であって、各第1補助バネ部が第1軸方向剛性を有し、かつ各第1補助バネ部が前記複数の板バネ部のうち対応する板バネ部の一方向側に隣接して配置される複数の第1補助バネ部と、
軸方向に配列される複数の第2補助バネ部であって、各第2補助バネ部が前記第1軸方向剛性より大きい第2軸方向剛性を有し、かつ各第2補助バネ部が前記対応する板バネ部の逆方向側に隣接して配置される複数の第2補助バネ部と、を備えることを特徴とする可動体支持構造。 - 請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の可動体支持構造を備えることを特徴とするリニア圧縮機。
- 請求項9に記載のリニア圧縮機を備えることを特徴とする極低温冷凍機。
