Description
Claims (7)
- 弁付き無潤滑リニア圧縮機の弁構造であって、
第1ガス室を第2ガス室に接続する弁孔を有する弁孔部と、前記弁孔部から側方に延在する弁体支持壁部と、を備える弁座部と、
前記弁体支持壁部に固定された弁体部材支点部と、スリットによって前記弁体部材支点部から分離され、前記弁孔を覆うよう前記弁孔部に沿って配設された第1弾性板状部分と、前記スリットとは反対側で前記弁体部材支点部から前記第1弾性板状部分に延在し前記弁体支持壁部に沿って配設された第2弾性板状部分と、を備え、前記第1ガス室と前記第2ガス室との圧力差によって前記弁孔を開くよう前記第1弾性板状部分が前記第2弾性板状部分に対し弾性変形可能である弾性弁体部材と、
前記弁体部材支点部とともに前記弁体支持壁部に固定された押さえ部材支点部と、前記押さえ部材支点部から前記スリットとは反対側に延在し、前記弾性弁体部材とともに弾性変形するよう前記第2弾性板状部分に沿って配設された弾性板状部分と、を備え、前記弾性板状部分が前記第1弾性板状部分を露出するよう定められた平面形状を有する弾性押さえ部材と、を備え、
前記弾性押さえ部材の弾性板状部分と前記弾性弁体部材の前記第2弾性板状部分は、前記弾性押さえ部材の弾性板状部分が前記弾性弁体部材の前記第2弾性板状部分に重ね合わされるように、ともに扇形状であることを特徴とする弁構造。 - 前記弾性弁体部材は、フッ素樹脂層で被覆されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の弁構造。
- 前記弁座部と前記弾性弁体部材との間に配置され、前記弁座部に沿って配設されたフッ素樹脂部材をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の弁構造。
- 前記フッ素樹脂部材は、前記弁孔に対応する場所に開口部を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の弁構造。
- 前記弾性弁体部材は、円板状であり、前記スリットおよび前記第1弾性板状部分はそれぞれ、180度より大きい中心角の円弧状および扇形状であり、前記第2弾性板状部分および前記弾性押さえ部材の弾性板状部分はともに、180度より小さい中心角の扇形状であることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の弁構造。
- 請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の弁構造を備えることを特徴とする無潤滑リニア圧縮機。
- 請求項6に記載の無潤滑リニア圧縮機を備えることを特徴とする極低温冷凍機。
