Claims (8)
- 서로 교차하는 주사선 및 데이터선과,
상기 주사선과 상기 데이터선과의 교차에 대응하여 형성된 화소 회로와,
소정의 전위를 공급하는 전원 배선을 갖고,
상기 화소 회로는, 발광 소자와, 상기 발광 소자에 흐르는 전류를 제어하는 구동 트랜지스터를 구비하고,
상기 구동 트랜지스터의 게이트 전극은, 제1 중계 전극(relay electrode)을 통하여 소정의 노드(node)에 전기적으로 접속되어 있으며,
상기 제1 중계 전극은, 상기 전원 배선 및 상기 데이터선과 동(同) 층에 형성되어 있으며, 적어도 세 측(side)이, 상기 전원 배선에 의해 둘러싸여 있으며,
상기 전원 배선은, 상기 제1 중계 전극과 상기 데이터선 사이에 상기 전원 배선이 위치하도록, 상기 제1 중계 전극을 둘러싸는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 화소 회로에는, 저위측(lower-potential-side)의 전원 전위가 공급되어 있으며,
상기 전원 배선에는, 상기 화소 회로를 초기화하는 리셋 전위, 또는, 상기 저위측의 전원 전위가 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치. - 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제1 중계 전극은, 상기 전원 배선에 형성된 개구부에 의해, 그 네 측이 둘러싸여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 화소 회로는, 보존유지(保持) 용량을 추가로 갖고,
상기 보존유지 용량의 한쪽의 전극은, 상기 제1 중계 전극에 전기적으로 접속되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 화소 회로에는, 고위측(high-potential-side)의 전원 전위가 고전위 전원선을 통하여 공급되어 있으며,
상기 보존유지 용량의 다른 한쪽의 전극은, 상기 고전위 전원선에 전기적으로 접속되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제1 중계 전극과는 상이한 층에 형성되고, 상기 구동 트랜지스터의 게이트 전극과 상기 소정의 노드를 전기적으로 접속하는 제2 중계 전극을 갖고,
상기 화소 회로에는, 고위측의 전원 전위가 공급되어 있으며,
상기 제2 중계 전극은, 적어도 세 측이, 상기 제2 중계 전극과 동일한 층에 형성된 제2 전원 배선에 의해 둘러싸여 있으며,
상기 제2 전원 배선에는, 상기 고위측의 전원 전위가 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 전기 광학 장치를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 기기.
