Claims (13)
- 헤드업 디스플레이인 접합 유리에 사용되는 접합 유리용 중간막이며,
일단부와, 상기 일단부의 반대측에 타단부를 갖고,
상기 타단부의 두께가, 상기 일단부의 두께보다도 크며,
상기 일단부 측으로부터 상기 타단부 측에 걸쳐서 두께가 증가하고 있는 영역 중에, 상기 일단부 측으로부터 상기 타단부 측에 걸쳐서 두께의 증가량이 커지는 부분을 갖거나, 또는 상기 일단부 측으로부터 상기 타단부 측에 걸쳐서 두께가 증가하고 있는 영역 중에, 상기 일단부 측으로부터 상기 타단부 측에 걸쳐서 두께의 증가량이 작아지는 부분을 갖고,
헤드업 디스플레이의 표시 영역에 대응하는 표시 대응 영역을 갖고,
상기 표시 대응 영역의 상기 일단부측의 단부로부터 상기 타단부를 향해 4㎝의 위치를 시점, 상기 표시 대응 영역의 상기 타단부측의 단부로부터 상기 일단부를 향해 4㎝의 위치를 종점으로서 2㎜ 간격마다 지점을 선택하고, 각 지점을 중심으로 하는 상기 일단부와 상기 타단부를 연결하는 방향의 80㎜의 각 제1 부분 영역에서의 제1 부분 쐐기각 θ1을 산출하며, 또한, 상기 표시 대응 영역의 상기 일단부측의 단부로부터 상기 타단부를 향해 4㎝의 위치를 시점, 상기 표시 대응 영역의 상기 타단부측의 단부로부터 상기 일단부를 향해 4㎝의 위치를 종점으로서 2㎜ 간격마다 지점을 선택하고, 각 지점을 중심으로 하는 상기 일단부와 상기 타단부를 연결하는 방향의 40㎜의 각 제2 부분 영역에서의 제2 부분 쐐기각 θ2를 산출하고, 상기 일단부와 상기 타단부를 연결하는 방향의 중심 지점이 동일한 상기 제1 부분 영역 및 상기 제2 부분 영역에서의 θ1 및 θ2로부터 |θ1-θ2|를 산출했을 때, 모든 |θ1-θ2| 중 최댓값이 0.2mrad 이하이며,
상기 중간막 전체에서의 쐐기각이 0.1mrad 이상인, 접합 유리용 중간막. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표시 대응 영역의 상기 일단부측의 단부로부터 상기 타단부를 향해 4㎝의 위치를 시점, 상기 표시 대응 영역의 상기 타단부측의 단부로부터 상기 일단부를 향해 4㎝의 위치를 종점으로서 2㎜ 간격마다 지점을 선택하고, 각 지점을 중심으로 하는 상기 일단부와 상기 타단부를 연결하는 방향의 20㎜의 각 제3 부분 영역에서의 제3 부분 쐐기각 θ3을 산출하고, 상기 일단부와 상기 타단부를 연결하는 방향의 중심 지점이 동일한 상기 제1 부분 영역 및 상기 제3 부분 영역에서의 θ1 및 θ3으로부터 |θ1-θ3|을 산출했을 때, 모든 |θ1-θ3| 중 최댓값이 0.2mrad 이하인, 접합 유리용 중간막.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 표시 대응 영역의 상기 일단부측의 단부로부터 상기 타단부를 향해 4㎝의 위치를 시점, 상기 표시 대응 영역의 상기 타단부측의 단부로부터 상기 일단부를 향해 4㎝의 위치를 종점으로서 2㎜ 간격마다 지점을 선택하고, 각 지점을 중심으로 하는 상기 일단부와 상기 타단부를 연결하는 방향의 10㎜의 각 제4 부분 영역에서의 제4 부분 쐐기각 θ4를 산출하고, 상기 일단부와 상기 타단부를 연결하는 방향의 중심 지점이 동일한 상기 제1 부분 영역 및 상기 제4 부분 영역에서의 θ1 및 θ4로부터 |θ1-θ4|를 산출했을 때, 모든 |θ1-θ4| 중 최댓값이 0.2mrad 이하인, 접합 유리용 중간막.
- 일단부와, 상기 일단부의 반대측에 타단부를 갖고,
상기 타단부의 두께가, 상기 일단부의 두께보다도 크며,
상기 일단부 측으로부터 상기 타단부 측에 걸쳐서 두께가 증가하고 있는 영역 중에, 상기 일단부 측으로부터 상기 타단부 측에 걸쳐서 두께의 증가량이 커지는 부분을 갖거나, 또는 상기 일단부 측으로부터 상기 타단부 측에 걸쳐서 두께가 증가하고 있는 영역 중에, 상기 일단부 측으로부터 상기 타단부 측에 걸쳐서 두께의 증가량이 작아지는 부분을 갖고,
중간막의 상기 일단부로부터 상기 타단부를 향해 10㎝의 위치로부터 2㎜ 간격마다 250개의 지점을 선택하고, 250개의 각 지점을 중심으로 하는 상기 일단부와 상기 타단부를 연결하는 방향의 80㎜의 250개의 각 제1 부분 영역에서의 제1 부분 쐐기각 θ1을 산출하며, 또한, 중간막의 상기 일단부로부터 상기 타단부를 향해 10㎝의 위치로부터 2㎜ 간격마다 250개의 지점을 선택하고, 250개의 각 지점을 중심으로 하는 상기 일단부와 상기 타단부를 연결하는 방향의 40㎜의 250개의 각 제2 부분 영역에서의 제2 부분 쐐기각 θ2를 산출하고, 상기 일단부와 상기 타단부를 연결하는 방향의 중심 지점이 동일한 상기 제1 부분 영역 및 상기 제2 부분 영역에서의 θ1 및 θ2로부터 |θ1-θ2|를 산출했을 때, 250개의 |θ1-θ2| 중 최댓값이 0.2mrad 이하이며,
상기 중간막 전체에서의 쐐기각이 0.1mrad 이상인, 접합 유리용 중간막. - 제4항에 있어서, 중간막의 상기 일단부로부터 상기 타단부를 향해 10㎝의 위치로부터 2㎜ 간격마다 250개의 지점을 선택하고, 250개의 각 지점을 중심으로 하는 상기 일단부와 상기 타단부를 연결하는 방향의 20㎜의 250개의 각 제3 부분 영역에서의 제3 부분 쐐기각 θ3을 산출하고, 상기 일단부와 상기 타단부를 연결하는 방향의 중심 지점이 동일한 상기 제1 부분 영역 및 상기 제3 부분 영역에서의 θ1 및 θ3으로부터 |θ1-θ3|을 산출했을 때, 250개의 |θ1-θ3| 중 최댓값이 0.2mrad 이하인, 접합 유리용 중간막.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 중간막의 상기 일단부로부터 상기 타단부를 향해 10㎝의 위치로부터 2㎜ 간격마다 250개의 지점을 선택하고, 250개의 각 지점을 중심으로 하는 상기 일단부와 상기 타단부를 연결하는 방향의 10㎜의 250개의 각 제4 부분 영역에서의 제4 부분 쐐기각 θ4를 산출하고, 상기 일단부와 상기 타단부를 연결하는 방향의 중심 지점이 동일한 상기 제1 부분 영역에서의 θ1과 상기 제4 부분 영역에서의 θ4로부터 |θ1-θ4|를 산출했을 때, 250개의 |θ1-θ4| 중 최댓값이 0.2mrad 이하인, 접합 유리용 중간막.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제4항 및 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지를 포함하는, 접합 유리용 중간막.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제4항 및 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가소제를 포함하는, 접합 유리용 중간막.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제4항 및 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1층과,
상기 제1층의 제1 표면측에 배치된 제2층을 구비하는, 접합 유리용 중간막. - 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제1층이, 폴리비닐아세탈 수지를 포함하고,
상기 제2층이, 폴리비닐아세탈 수지를 포함하며,
상기 제1층 중의 상기 폴리비닐아세탈 수지의 수산기 함유율이, 상기 제2층 중의 상기 폴리비닐아세탈 수지의 수산기 함유율보다도 낮은, 접합 유리용 중간막. - 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제1층이, 폴리비닐아세탈 수지를 포함하고,
상기 제2층이, 폴리비닐아세탈 수지를 포함하고,
상기 제1층이, 가소제를 포함하고,
상기 제2층이, 가소제를 포함하며,
상기 제1층 중의 상기 폴리비닐아세탈 수지 100중량부에 대한 상기 제1층 중의 상기 가소제의 함유량이, 상기 제2층 중의 상기 폴리비닐아세탈 수지 100중량부에 대한 상기 제2층 중의 상기 가소제의 함유량보다도 많은, 접합 유리용 중간막. - 제1항, 제2항, 제4항 및 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 일단부로부터 상기 타단부를 향해 6㎝의 위치로부터, 상기 일단부로부터 상기 타단부를 향해 63.8㎝의 위치까지의 영역에, 두께 방향의 단면 형상이 쐐기형인 부분을 갖는, 접합 유리용 중간막.
- 제1 접합 유리 부재와,
제2 접합 유리 부재와,
제1항, 제2항, 제4항 및 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 접합 유리용 중간막을 구비하고,
상기 제1 접합 유리 부재와 상기 제2 접합 유리 부재의 사이에, 상기 접합 유리용 중간막이 배치되어 있는, 접합 유리.
