Abstract
본 발명의 수반응성 반응제가 함유된 복합바닥재는 경화시간이 빠르고, 하도층, 중도층 및 상도층 각각의 조성물에 따라 습윤면에서도 우수한 접착력을 발현하며, 높은 강도, 우수한 내마모성, 무황변 특성으로 인하여 다양한 복합바닥재 용도로 유용하게 활용될 수 있다.

Claims (5)
- 메틸메타크릴레이트 수지 100중량부에 대하여, 무기분말 20~30중량부, 항균제 3~5중량부, 경화제 2~10중량부를 포함하는 하도층;
메틸메타크릴레이트 수지 100중량부에 대하여, 강화규사 10~20중량부, 모래 10~20중량부, 강화골재 10~20중량부, 경화제 20~50중량부, 첨가제 2~3중량부를 포함하는 중도층; 및
아크릴 우레탄 100중량부에 대하여, 칼라규사 5~20중량부, 자외선 안정제 0.5~3중량부, 소포제 2~3중량부, 경화제 2~5중량부를 포함하는 상도층;
으로 이루어지되,
상기 하도층의 무기분말은,
0.1~0.2mm의 입경을 갖는 알루미나 시멘트 분말 100중량부에 대하여, 0.05~0.07mm의 입경을 갖는 벤토나이트 분말 30~70중량부, 0.05~0.07mm의 입경을 갖는 세피올라이트 분말 10~20중량부를 포함하여 이루어지고,
상기 하도층의 항균제는,
식물의 잎과 줄기, 식물의 껍질, 식물의 뿌리 및 열매를 고열처리에 의한 연소공법을 통해 탄소제로 만들고, 상기 탄소제를 미세분말기를 이용하여 0.05~0.07mm의 입경을 갖는 분말로 가공한 후 다시 고열처리한 활성탄 분말이며,
상기 중도층의 강화규사는,
입자크기가 10~20㎛인 강화규사와 입자크기가 0.1~0.2mm인 강화규사를 중량대비 1 : 2의 비율로 혼합하여 사용하고,
상기 중도층의 모래는 입자크기가 0.06~0.3mm, 강화골재는 입자크기가 0.3~0.6mm로 분쇄된 것을 사용하며,
상기 상도층의 아크릴 우레탄은,
폴리에스터 수지 100중량부에 대하여, 테트로플로오르에틸렌 공중합체 3~10중량부, 크실렌 20~30중량부, 부틸 아세테이트 5~10중량부, 무변색 세라믹 안료 10~20중량부, 탈크 10~20중량부, 에틸 아세테이트 40~50 중량부, 이소시아네이트 프리폴리머 60~70중량부를 포함하고,
상기 상도층의 자외선 안정제는,
벤조트리아졸계, 벤조페논계, 트리아진계 중에서 선택된 1종 이상이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수반응성 반응제가 함유된 복합바닥재. - 삭제
