Claims (20)
- 서로 대향하여 배치되어 있는 한 쌍의 기판; 및
상기 대향하여 배치된 한 쌍의 기판 사이에 존재하고, 이색성 염료 및 액정 화합물을 포함하는 게스트-호스트 액정층을 포함하며,
상기 액정 화합물은 유전율 이방성(△ε)이 음수이고, 스프레이 탄성상수(K11)가 16.0 pN 이상이며, 벤드 탄성상수(K33)가 17.0 pN 이상인 액정 소자. - 삭제

액정셀은 외부 전압 인가 여부에 따라 수평 배향 상태 및 수직 배향 상태 사이를 스위칭하도록 형성되어 있고, 상기 수평 배향 상태에서 액정 화합물의 광축과 1/4 파장판의 광축이 이루는 각도는 40도 내지 50도 범위 내인 액정 소자. - 제 1 항의 액정 소자를 포함하는 스마트 윈도우.
