20: 편광층
Claims (15)
- 능동 편광층 및 투과율 가변층을 포함하고,
상기 투과율 가변층은 상기 편광층 상에 형성되는 제 1 기재층; 상기 제 1 기재층의 상기 편광층과는 반대측의 면에 고착화된 스페이서 또는 상기 반대측의 면에 형성된 컬럼 스페이서; 상기 제 1 기재층과 대향 배치되어 상기 스페이서에 의해 상기 제 1 기재층과의 간격이 유지되어 있는 제 2 기재층 및 상기 제 1 및 제 2 기재층의 간격에 존재하는 광변조 물질을 포함하고,
상기 능동 편광층은 제 3 기재층; 상기 제 3 기재층과 대향 배치된 제 4 기재층; 상기 제 3 및 제 4 기재층의 간격을 유지하기 위한 스페이서; 및 상기 제 3 및 제 4 기재층 사이에 존재하는 광변조 물질을 포함하고,
상기 제 3 및 제 4 기재층의 간격을 유지하기 위한 스페이서는 제 3 기재층 상에 고착화되어 있는 고착형 스페이서이고, 상기 제 3 기재층과 제 4 기재층 중에 제 3 기재층이 제 1 기재층에 가깝게 배치되어 있는 투과도 가변 장치. - 삭제

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 기재층은 플라스틱 필름인 투과도 가변 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 1 기재층의 스페이서가 형성된 면에 존재하는 배향막을 추가로 포함하고, 상기 스페이서는 상기 배향막에 매립되어 고착화되어 있는 투과도 가변 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 1 기재층의 스페이서가 형성된 면에 존재하는 경화형 수지막을 추가로 포함하고, 상기 스페이서는 상기 경화형 수지막에 매립되어 고착화되어 있는 투과도 가변 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 스페이서는 볼 스페이서 또는 컬럼 스페이서인 투과도 가변 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 스페이서의 크기는 2 ㎛ 내지 100 ㎛의 범위 내인 투과도 가변 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 스페이서는, 탄소계 물질, 금속계 물질, 산화물계 물질 및 이들의 복합 물질로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는 투과도 가변 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 배향막은 광 배향막 또는 러빙 배향막인 투과도 가변 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 광변조 물질은, 액정 화합물 및 이색성 염료를 포함하는 투과도 가변 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 능동 편광층의 광변조 물질은, 액정 화합물 및 이색성 염료를 포함하는 투과도 가변 장치.
- 제 1 항의 투과도 가변 장치를 포함하는 선루프.
