Claims (7)
- 실리콘 오일 및 계면활성제를 포함하여 이루어지는 무기질 세라믹 코팅제 조성물에 있어서,
무기질 결합제 100 중량부에 대하여, 실리콘 오일 0.1 ~ 5.0 중량부, 계면활성제 0.01 ~ 2.0 중량부, 기능성 충진제 0.01 ~ 15 중량부 및 안료 0.01 ~ 25 중량부로 이루어지고,
상기 무기질 결합제는 화학식이 RnSiX4-n인 실란 화합물 30 ~ 50 중량부와, 0.2 ~ 1.0㎛ 입자크기의 분말 산화규소 20 ~ 40 중량%에 물 60 ~ 80중량%를 혼합한 실리카 졸 20 ~ 40 중량부와, 0.2 ~ 1.0㎛ 입자크기의 분말 산화알루미늄 10 ~ 20 중량%에 물 80 ~ 90 중량%를 혼합한 알루미나 졸 0.01 ~ 20 중량부 및, 0.2 ~ 1.0㎛ 입자크기의 분말 지르코니아 10 ~ 20중량%에 물 80 ~ 90 중량%를 혼합한 지르코니아 졸 0.01 ~ 20 중량부로 이루어지며, 상기 실란의 화학식 RnSiX4-n에서 X는 서로 같거나 다르고, 가수분해 가능한 기 또는 히드록시기이고, 라디칼 R은 서로 같거나 다르고, 수소, 탄소수 10 미만의 알킬기를 나타내고, n은 0, 1 또는 2인 실란이 하나 이상 사용되며,
상기 실리콘 오일은 폴리디메틸실록산(polydimethylsiloxane) , 메틸페닐폴리실록산(methylphenylpolysiloxane), 메틸하이드로겐폴리실록산(methylhydrogenpolysiloxane), 옥타메틸트리실록산(octamethyltrisiloxane) 또는 데카메틸테트라실록산(decamethyltetrasiloxane) 중에서 단독 또는 2종 이상 병용하여 사용하고,
상기 계면활성제는 폴리솔베이트(poly sorbate), 폴리에틸렌옥사이드(polyethylene oxide), 폴리글리세린 모노알킬에테르poly glycerin Monoalkylether) , 라우릴디메틸아민옥사이드(lauryl dimethylamine oxide), 황산도데실나트륨(sodium dodecyl sulfate), 아민옥사이드(amine oxide), LAS(linear alkyl benzene sulfonic acid) 또는 AOS(alpha olefin sulfonate) 중에서 단독 또는 2종 이상 병용하여 사용하며,
상기 기능성 충진제는 티탄산칼륨, 알루미나 또는 천연광물인 토르말린, 황토, 견운모, 자수정, 생광석, 죽탄, 의왕석, 귀양석, 흑요석, 맥반석, 광명석, 용암, 귀신석 중에서 단독 또는 2종 이상 병용하여 사용하되,
상기 무기질 세라믹 코팅제 조성물은 코팅 및 경화 과정에서 주름무늬(wrinkle embossing) 패턴이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 주름무늬 형성이 가능한 무기질 세라믹 코팅제 조성물. - 삭제
