Claims (11)
- 본체인 조리부가 철강재로 이루어진 가열조리기구(100)에 있어서,상기 철강재(1)는 상하부면에 각각 요철부(2)가 형성되고,상기 요철부(2, 2')의 바닥면과 상부 조리면의 외부에 화성피막층(3, 3')이 각각 형성되고,상기 화성피막층(3, 3')의 외부에 세라믹 코팅층(4, 4')이 각각 적층 형성되고,그리고 상기 세라믹 코팅층(4, 4')은 세라믹 코팅조성물 100 중량부에 대하여, 실란 화합물 50~70 중량%와 실리카졸 30~50 중량%로 이루어진 무기질 결합제 65~83 중량부와, 기능성 충진제 10~19 중량부와, 원적외선 방사물질과 음이온 방출물질을 1 : 1 중량비로 혼합시킨 세라믹 파우더 5~15 중량부 및 안료분 1~2 중량부로 이루어지는 세라믹 코팅조성물을 사용하여 코팅시킨 코팅층이며,또한 상기 실리카졸은 0.2~1.0 입자크기의 분말 산화규소(SiO2) 20~40 중량%에 물 60~80 중량%를 혼합시켜 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 코팅 철강재 가열조리기구.
- 본체인 조리부가 철강재로 이루어진 가열조리기구(100)에 있어서,상기 철강재(1)는 상하부면에 각각 요철부(2)가 형성되고,그리고 상기 요철부(2, 2')의 바닥면과 상부 조리면의 외부에 화성피막층(3, 3')이 각각 형성되고,상기 상부 조리면의 화성피막층(3) 외부에 비점착성 세라믹 코팅층(5)과 상기 바닥면의 화성피막층(3') 외부에 세라믹 코팅층(4)이 각각 적층 형성되고,그리고 상기 비점착성 세라믹 코팅층(5)은 비점착성 세라믹 코팅조성물 100 중량부에 대하여, 실란 화합물 50~70 중량%와 실리카졸 30~50 중량%로 이루어진 무기질 결합제 65~78 중량부와, 기능성 충진제 10~19 중량부와, 실리콘 오일 중합체 2~15 중량부와, 티타늄옥사이드 0.5~10 중량부 및 안료분 1~2 중량부로 이루어지는 비점착성 세라믹 코팅조성물을 이용하여 코팅시킨 코팅층이며,또한 상기 실리카졸은 0.2~1.0 입자크기의 분말 산화규소(SiO2) 20~40 중량%에 물 60~80 중량%를 혼합시켜 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 코팅 철강재 가열조리기구.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 실란 화합물은 메틸트리메톡시실란, 에틸트리메톡시실란, 노르말프로필트리메톡시실란, 페닐트리메톡시실란, 비닐트리메톡시실란, 메틸트리에톡시실란, 에틸트리에톡시실란, 노르말프로필트리에톡시실란, 페닐트리에톡시실란, 비닐트리에톡시실란, 트리플루오로프로필트리메톡시실란, 트리데카플루오로옥틸트리메톡시실란, 테트라에톡시실란 또는 헵타데카플루오로데실트리메톡시실란 중에서 1종 또는 그 이상을 선택하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 코팅 철강재 가열조리기구.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 기능성 충진제는 티탄산칼륨과 알루미나 또는 천연광물질군인 석영-몬조나이트, 편마암류, 유문암질 응회암나 또는 토르말린, 황토, 견운모, 자수정, 생광석, 죽탄, 의왕석, 귀양석, 흑요석, 맥반석, 광명석, 용암, 귀신석 또는 해조탄, 비장탄 중에서 1종 또는 그 이상을 선택하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 코팅 철강재 가열조리기구.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 원적외선 방사물질은 토르말린, 황토, 견운모, 자수정, 생광석, 죽탄, 의왕석, 귀양석, 흑요석, 맥반석, 광명석, 용암, 귀신석 중에서 1종 또는 그 이상을 선택하여 사용하고,상기 음이온 방출물질은 스트론튬, 바나듐, 지르코늄, 지르코니아, 세륨, 네어디뮴, 란탄, 바륨, 류비듐, 세슘, 갈륨 중에서 1종 또는 그 이상을 선택하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 코팅 철강재 가열조리기구.
- 철강재 가열조리기구의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 판재 형태의 철강재(1) 표면을 전처리하는 전처리공정(100)과;전처리한 철강재(1)의 표면에 화성피막층(3, 3')을 형성시키는 화성피막층 형성공정(200)과;상기 화성피막층(3, 3')의 상부 조리면과 바닥면에 세라믹 코팅층(4, 4')을 적층하여 형성시키는 세라믹 코팅층 형성공정(300)과;화성피막층과 세라믹 코팅층이 형성된 철강재 가열조리기구를 가열하여 코팅층을 경화시키는 소성공정(400)을;거쳐 철강재의 외부 표면에 화성피막층과 세라믹 코팅층이 형성되어 지고,그리고 상기 세라믹 코팅층 형성공정(300)에서 세라믹 코팅층(4, 4')은 세라믹 코팅조성물 100 중량부에 대하여, 실란 화합물 50~70 중량%와 실리카졸 30~50 중량%로 이루어진 무기질 결합제 65~83 중량부와, 기능성 충진제 10~19 중량부와, 원적외선 방사물질과 음이온 방출물질을 1 : 1 중량비로 혼합시킨 세라믹 파우더 5~15 중량부 및 안료분 1~2 중량부로 이루어지는 세라믹 코팅조성물을 사용하여 코팅시킨 코팅층이며,또한 상기 실리카졸은 0.2~1.0 입자크기의 분말 산화규소(SiO2) 20~40 중량%에 물 60~80 중량%를 혼합시켜 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 코팅 철강재 가열조리기구의 제조방법.
