Description
(実施例1)
シリカゾル100重量部を基準として、まず、六方晶窒化ホウ素(hBN)60重量部にイソプロピルアルコール130重量部を混合し、6時間ボールミルで0.5〜10μmの粒子サイズに粉砕した。ここにシリカゾル100重量部と蟻酸0.5重量部を添加し、7分間混合した後、メチルトリメトキシシラン120重量部を添加し、27℃で8時間攪拌および熟成させて塗料組成物を製造した。この塗料組成物を、金剛砂100#でサンドブラストして凸凹を形成させたアルミニウム材質のフライパンの表面にスプレーガンによって30μmの厚さで塗布することにより、コーティング膜を形成した後、200℃の温度で30分間焼結させてコートした。
シリカゾル100重量部を基準として、まず、六方晶窒化ホウ素(hBN)5重量部にイソプロピルアルコール40重量部を混合し、6時間ボールミルで0.5〜10μmの粒子サイズに粉砕した。ここにシリカゾル100重量部と蟻酸3重量部を添加し、7分間混合した後、メチルトリメトキシシラン90重量部を添加し、27℃で8時間攪拌および熟成させて塗料組成物を製造した。この塗料組成物を、実施例1の方法と同様にしてアルミニウム材質のフライパンの表面にコートした。
シリカゾル100重量部を基準として、まず、六方晶窒化ホウ素(hBN)30重量部にイソプロピルアルコール90重量部を混合し、6時間ボールミルで0.5〜10μmの粒子サイズに粉砕した。ここにシリカゾル100重量部と蟻酸2重量部を添加し、7分間混合した後、メチルトリメトキシシラン60重量部を添加し、27℃で8時間攪拌および熟成させて塗料組成物を製造した。この塗料組成物を、実施例1の方法と同様にしてアルミニウム材質のフライパンの表面にコートした。
シリカゾル100重量部を基準として、六方晶窒化ホウ素(hBN)70重量部にイソプロピルアルコール150重量部を混合し、6時間ボールミルで0.5〜10μmの粒子サイズに粉砕した。ここにシリカゾル100重量部と蟻酸0.5重量部を添加し、7分間混合した後、メチルトリメトキシシラン120重量部を添加し、27℃で8時間攪拌および熟成させて塗料組成物を製造した。この塗料組成物を、実施例1の方法と同様にしてアルミニウム材質のフライパンの表面にコートした。
シリカゾル100重量部を基準として、六方晶窒化ホウ素(hBN)3重量部にイソプロピルアルコール50重量部を混合し、6時間ボールミルで0.5〜10μmの粒子サイズに粉砕した。ここにシリカゾル100重量部と蟻酸3重量部を添加し、7分間混合した後、メチルトリメトキシシラン60重量部を添加し、27℃で8時間攪拌および熟成させて塗料組成物を製造した。この塗料組成物を、実施例1の方法と同様にアルミニウム材質のフライパンの表面にコートした。
シリカゾル100重量部にイソプロピルアルコール70重量部および蟻酸2重量部を添加して7分間混合した後、メチルトリメトキシシラン100重量部を添加し、27℃で8時間攪拌および熟成させて塗料組成物を製造した。この塗料組成物を、実施例1の方法と同様にしてアルミニウム材質のフライパンの表面にコートした。
1)塗膜強度は、KS D 8303(アルミニウムおよびアルミニウム合金の陽極酸化塗装複合皮膜の測定方法)の5.9「塗膜の鉛筆硬度抵抗性試験」に基づいて測定した。
前記1.によってコートさせた実施例1〜3と比較例1〜3に対して前記2.の方法によって塗膜強度、耐食性、耐水性および非粘着性を測定し、その測定結果を表1および表2に示した。
Claims (5)
- 非粘着性塗料組成物において、
前記非粘着性塗料組成物は、粒径10〜50nmのシリカ20〜40重量%に水60〜80重量%を混合してなるシリカゾル100重量部に対して、六方晶窒化ホウ素(hBN)40〜60重量%と金属酸化物、非酸化物またはこれらの組み合わせ60〜40重量%とを混合した充填剤5〜60重量部、アルコキシシラン60〜120重量部、メチルアルコールまたはイソプロピルアルコール40〜130重量部、および触媒0.5〜3重量部を含んでなり、
前記金属酸化物はAl2O3またはZrO2であり、前記非酸化物はSi3N4またはB4Cであることを特徴とする、非粘着性塗料組成物。 - 前記アルコキシシランは、メチルトリメトキシシラン[CH3Si(CH3O)3]、テトラメトキシシラン[Si(CH3O)4]、トリメチルエトキシシラン[(CH3)3Si(C2H5O)]、およびテトラエトキシシラン[Si(C2H5O)4]の中から1種またはそれ以上を選択して使用することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の非粘着性塗料組成物。
- 前記非粘着性塗料組成物は、1〜30重量部の顔料をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の非粘着性塗料組成物。
- 前記顔料は、二酸化チタン(TiO2)、酸化第2鉄(Fe2O3)、酸化クロム(Cr2O3)、炭素(C)、およびコバルト(Co)の中から1種またはそれ以上を選択して使用する、請求項3に記載の非粘着性塗料組成物。
- 塗料組成物の製造方法において、
1)六方晶窒化ホウ素(hBN)40〜60重量%と金属酸化物、非酸化物またはこれらの組み合わせ60〜40重量%とを混合した充填剤と、メチルアルコールまたはイソプロピルアルコールとを混合して2〜10時間粉砕する粉砕段階と、
2)前記1)粉砕段階で粉砕した混合物に、粒径10〜50nmのシリカ20〜40重量%と水60〜80重量%とを混合してなるシリカゾルと触媒を添加し、40〜50rpmの速度で5〜10分間混合する混合段階と、
3)前記2)混合段階で混合した混合物にアルコキシシランを添加して20〜30℃で2〜15時間攪拌しながら熟成させる熟成段階とを含んでなり、
前記金属酸化物はAl2O3またはZrO2であり、前記非酸化物はSi3N4またはB4Cであることを特徴とする、非粘着性塗料組成物の製造方法。
