Claims (5)
- 수납용 봉지 제조 장치에 있어서,
수납용 봉지 제조를 위한 필름에 대하여 수직방향으로 근접 이동하여 열을 가하여 필름을 열융착하는 제1 열융착부;
상기 제1 열융착부에 대항하는 방향으로 상기 필름에 근접 이동하여 열을 가하여 상기 필름을 열융착하는 제2 열융착부;
상기 필름을 이송시켜서 제1 열융착부와 제2 열융착부에 의해 필름의 열융착될 부분이 제1 열융착부와 제2 열융착부의 맞닿는 지점에 위치하도록 진입시키고, 상기 제1 열융착부와 상기 제2 열융착부에 의해 열융착 동작이 수행된 다음에는 필름을 진출시키는 이송부;
상기 제1 열융착부와 상기 제2 열융착부를 서로 대항하는 방향으로 반복적으로 왕복이동시킴으로써, 상기 필름을 사이에 두고 상기 제1 열융착부와 상기 제2 열융착부를 맞닿게 하고, 소정의 시간 경과후 상기 제1 열융착부와 상기 제2 열융착부를 서로 이격시키는 제어부; 및
상기 필름에 열을 가해진 후에 열이 가해진 부분을 식히기 위해 일정 시간동안 공기를 분사하는 냉각부를 포함하며,
상기 냉각부는 상기 제1 열융착부 및 제2 열융착부에 상기 필름이 진입되는 방향에 설치되며, 상기 필름이 진출하는 방향으로 공기를 분출하도록 복수의 토출구를 포함하며,
상기 제1 열융착부는 상기 필름과 접촉하는 날을 가지고, 상기 날에는 다수의 요철이 형성되며,
상기 제2 열융착부는 상기 제1 열융착부의 날이 상기 필름과 접촉할 때 상기 제1 열융착부에 대항하는 방향에서 상기 필름을 지지하는 평평한 면을 가지되,
상기 제2 열융착부는 상기 제1 열융착부의 날이 필름에 접촉할 때, 상기 제1 열융착부의 날과 접촉하여 실링되는 필름의 제1 영역과, 상기 제1 열융착부의 날과 접촉하지 않는 필름의 제2 영역을 동시에 지지가능하게 하는 면적의 평평한 접촉면을 가지며,
상기 냉각부는, 복수의 토출구로부터 분출되는 공기가 상기 제1 열융착부의 날이 필름에 접촉하는 지점을 도달 지점으로 하여 하방으로 경사지게 분출되도록 복수의 토출구의 방향이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 수납용 봉지 제조 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 수납용 봉지는 생분해성 재질의 수납용 봉지인 것을 특징으로 하는 수납용 봉지 제조 장치.
