Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- Al-, Ce- 및 Zr-산화물을 포함하는 조성물의 제조방법으로서,
(a) 세륨, 지르코늄 및 알루미늄의 금속염들의 혼합물의 수용액으로서, 상기 수용액이 세륨 이외의 희토류 금속염을 하나 이상 포함하는 수용액의 제조 단계;
(b) 단계(a)에서 얻어진 상기 수용액에, H2O2의 존재하에서, 0℃ 내지 95℃의 온도에서 염기를 첨가하고, 얻어진 혼합 금속염을 수산화물 또는 옥시-수산화물 형태로 침전시키는 단계;
(c) 단계(b)에서 얻어진 침전물을 분리시키고, 얻어진 침전물을 계면활성제로 처리하거나, 또는
(d) 단계(b)에서 얻어진 수성 현탁액을 침전물 분리없이 계면활성제로 처리하는 단계로서,
상기 단계(c) 또는 (d)에서 사용된 계면활성제가 에틸페놀 에톡실레이트 및 에틸렌 산화물/프로필렌 산화물 코폴리머를 포함하는 비이온성 계면활성제, 또는 라우르산인 단계; 및
(e) 단계(c) 또는 (d)에서 얻어진 침전물을 분리하고 상기 침전물을 450℃ 내지 1200℃의 온도에서 처리하는 단계;를 포함하고,
얻어진 알루미늄 산화물로서 계산된 알루미늄 함량은 상기 조성물의 45 내지 55중량%의 범위이고,
1100℃에서 2시간 하소한 후에 DIN(Deutsche Industrie Norm) 66131에 따라 측정된, 얻어진 상기 조성물의 표면적(BET)는, 55 내지 80 m2/g인 것을 특징으로 하는,
Al-, Ce- 및 Zr-산화물을 포함하는 조성물의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 단계(a)에서 금속염들의 혼합물의 수용액은, 수용해성 금속염을 용해시키거나, 또는 수불용성 금속염을 산처리하여 용해시키는 것에 의해 제조되는, 조성물의 제조방법. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 수용해성 금속염은 니트레이트 및 할로게나이드로부터 선택된 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하고, 상기 수불용성 금속염은 카보네이트 및 수산화물로부터 선택된 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는, 조성물의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 단계(b)의 온도는 실온인, 조성물의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 단계(e)의 온도는 600℃ 내지 1200℃인, 조성물의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
세륨 산화물로 계산된, 얻어진 조성물의 상기 세륨 함량은, 5 내지 50중량%이고, 나머지는 알루미늄 산화물, 지르코늄 산화물 및 세륨 산화물외 다른 상기 희토류 금속의 산화물을 포함하는, 조성물의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
지르코늄 산화물로 계산된, 얻어진 조성물의 상기 지르코늄 함량은 5 내지 50중량%이고, 나머지는 세륨 산화물, 알루미늄 산화물 및 세륨 산화물외 상기 희토류 금속의 산화물인, 조성물의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 단계(c) 또는 (d)에서 사용된 계면활성제가 라우르산인, 조성물의 제조방법. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따라 얻어질 수 있는 Al 산화물, Ce 산화물 및 Zr 산화물, 및 세륨 산화물외 하나 이상의 희토류 금속 산화물을 포함하는 조성물이고,
1100℃에서 2시간 동안 DIN(Deutsche Industrie Norm) 66131에 따라 측정된 상기 조성물의 표면적(BET)이 55 내지 80 m2/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물. - 제9항에 있어서,
세륨 산화물로서 계산된, 세륨 함량은 상기 조성물의 5 내지 30중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물. - 제9항에 있어서,
지르코늄 산화물로 계산된, 지르코늄 함량은 상기 조성물의 5 내지 40중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물. - 제9항에 있어서,
세륨외 다른 희토류 금속이 Y, La, Pr, Nd, Sm, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb 및 Lu로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물. - 삭제
