Claims (17)
- 중공을 갖으며, 일측에는 상기 중공에 연결된 개구부가 형성된 핸들부;
상기 핸들부의 외주면에 길이 방향을 따라 전, 후방 슬라이드가 가능하도록 결합된 제1 및 제2 핸들 슬라이더;
상기 핸들부의 중공에 배치되며 상기 제1 핸들 슬라이더와 일체로 이동 가능하도록 연결된 파이프;
상기 파이프를 관통하도록 배치되며 상기 제2 핸들 슬라이더와 일체로 이동 가능하도록 연결된 제2 나이프;
상기 핸들부의 일단에 결합되며, 내부로 유체를 주입하기 위한 유체 주입부;
상기 유체 주입부의 일단에 연결되며 내부에는 상기 파이프가 배치되는 이너 튜브;
상기 파이프의 끝단에 결합되는 제1 나이프;
상기 제1 나이프의 끝단에 결합되는 절연성 팁(tip);
상기 이너 튜브의 끝단부에 삽입되며, 상기 제1 나이프가 관통하는 유체 배출홀이 형성된 배출 가이드;를 포함하며,
상기 배출 가이드는 상기 유체 배출홀의 주위로 둘레를 따라 배치되며 상기 파이프 측으로 돌출되는 복수의 제3 스토퍼를 포함하고,
상기 유체 주입부를 통해 주입된 유체는 상기 이너 튜브와 상기 파이프 사이의 공간을 통해 유동되어 상기 유체 배출홀을 통해 배출되며,
상기 파이프의 일부는 굽힘 가능한 플렉서블(flexible) 관으로 이루어지고,
상기 제1 나이프와 제2 나이프는 서로 독립적으로 슬라이드 이동 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 내시경용 하이브리드 나이프. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 나이프는 상기 제1 나이프의 외부로 돌출 또는 내부로 수납 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 내시경용 하이브리드 나이프. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제2 나이프에 결합되는 제1 스토퍼;를 더 포함하며,
상기 제1 스토퍼는 상기 제1 나이프에 접촉되며 상기 제2 나이프가 상기 제1 나이프의 전단으로 돌출되는 길이를 제한하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내시경용 하이브리드 나이프. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 파이프의 내부에 결합되는 제2 스토퍼;를 더 포함하며,
상기 제2 스토퍼는 상기 제1 스토퍼에 접촉되며 상기 제2 나이프가 상기 파이프의 내부로 들어가는 길이를 제한하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내시경용 하이브리드 나이프. - 삭제
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제3 스토퍼는 상기 파이프에 접촉되며 상기 제1 나이프가 상기 이너 튜브의 전단으로 돌출되는 길이를 제한하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내시경용 하이브리드 나이프. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 이너 튜브의 내주면에 감겨 형성되는 이너 코일;
을 더 포함하는 내시경용 하이브리드 나이프. - 삭제
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제2 핸들 슬라이더는 상기 핸들부에 래칫(ratchet) 구조로 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내시경용 하이브리드 나이프. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 제1 핸들 슬라이더의 일측으로부터 상기 핸들부의 개구부를 통해 상기 파이프에 접속되는 전극부;
를 더 포함하는 내시경용 하이브리드 나이프. - 삭제
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 절연성 팁은 상기 제1 나이프의 반경방향의 외측으로 돌출 형성되는 세라믹(ceramic) 헤드로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내시경용 하이브리드 나이프. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 제2 나이프는 상기 제1 나이프의 전단으로부터 1mm 이상 3mm 이하의 범위에서 돌출 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 내시경용 하이브리드 나이프. - 제6항에 있어서,
상기 제1 나이프는 상기 이너 튜브의 전단으로부터 4mm 이상 6mm 이하의 범위에서 돌출 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 내시경용 하이브리드 나이프. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유체 주입부의 일단에 결합되며 상기 이너 튜브의 일부를 감싸도록 형성되는 아우터 튜브;
를 더 포함하는 내시경용 하이브리드 나이프. - 제15항에 있어서,
상기 아우터 튜브는 테프론(Teflon) 튜브로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내시경용 하이브리드 나이프. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 핸들부의 끝단에는 핸들 고리가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내시경용 하이브리드 나이프.
