Claims (4)
- 단량체 혼합물과 연쇄 이동제와 라디칼 중합 개시제를 함유하여 이루어지는 반응 원료를, 2 군데 이상에 공급구를 갖고 또한 교반 동력 (PV[kW/m3]) 이 0.2 ∼ 7 kW/m3 인 하나의 조형 반응기에, 상기 2 군데 이상의 공급구로부터, 반응 원료의 평균 체류 시간 (θ[hr]) 이 1 ∼ 5 시간이 되도록 연속적으로 공급하는 공정,
상기 조형 반응기 내에서 상기 단량체 혼합물을 중합 전환율 40 ∼ 70 질량% 까지 괴상 중합시켜 반응 생성물을 얻는 공정 및
반응 생성물 중의 단량체 혼합물을 제거하는 공정을 갖는 (메트)아크릴 수지 조성물의 제조 방법으로서,
단량체 혼합물은, 메타크릴산메틸 80 ∼ 100 질량% 및 아크릴산알킬에스테르 20 ∼ 0 질량% 를 함유하고,
라디칼 중합 개시제는, 조형 반응기 내의 온도에서의 반감기 (τ1/2[hr]) 가 0.5 ∼ 120 초간이고,
라디칼 중합 개시제의 사용량이 단량체 혼합물 100 질량부에 대해 0.001 ∼ 0.01 질량부이고,
조형 반응기의 완전 혼합 시간 (θM[hr]), 조형 반응기 내의 온도에서의 라디칼 중합 개시제의 반감기 (τ1/2[hr]), 조형 반응기의 교반 동력 (PV[kW/㎥]), 조형 반응기에 있어서의 반응 원료의 평균 체류 시간 (θ[hr]) 및 반응 원료 중의 라디칼 중합 개시제 농도 (I[ppm]) 가
θM>τ1/2 및
PV×θ×I×τ1/2<4 [kW·hr2·ppm/m3]
를 만족시키는 (메트)아크릴 수지 조성물의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
조형 반응기 내의 온도가 110 ∼ 160 ℃ 인 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 단량체 혼합물을 제거하는 공정이 단열 플래시 증발법에 의해 실시되는 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
조형 반응기 내의 반응액 중의 수분이 1000 ppm 이하인 제조 방법.
