Claims (5)
- 엔진과, 상기 엔진에 의해 구동되는 발전 전동기와, 상기 발전 전동기의 사이에서 전력의 수수를 행하는 축전 장치와, 상기 엔진 및 상기 발전 전동기에 의해 구동되는 유압 펌프와, 상기 유압 펌프로부터 토출되는 압유에 의해 구동되는 유압 액추에이터와, 상기 유압 액추에이터를 조작하는 조작 부재와, 상기 조작 부재의 조작량에 기초하여 상기 유압 액추에이터를 제어하는 컨트롤러를 구비한 하이브리드 작업 기계에 있어서,
상기 컨트롤러는, 상기 축전 장치가 열화되는 경향의 정도가 높아진 경우에서, 또한, 상기 하이브리드 작업 기계가 행하는 복수의 작업 동작 중, 미리 정해진 작업 동작으로서의 복수의 특정 동작이 행해졌을 때, 상기 조작 부재의 조작량에 기초하여 상기 특정 동작이 행해졌는지 여부를 판단하여, 그 판단한 결과에 기초하여 상기 특정 동작에 대해서 미리 정해진, 상기 축전 장치가 열화되는 경향의 정도에 대한 비율로, 복수의 상기 특정 동작에 대응하는 상기 유압 액추에이터의 속도를 동일한 비율로 저감시키며,
상기 축전 장치가 열화되는 경향의 정도는, 상기 축전 장치의 축전율이며,
상기 컨트롤러는, 상기 축전 장치의 축전율이, 미리 정해진 임계값보다도 낮아진 경우에, 상기 유압 액추에이터의 속도를 저감하며,
상기 축전 장치의 방전을 제어하는 방전 제어부를 구비하고,
상기 컨트롤러는, 상기 축전 장치의 축전율이, 미리 정해진 제1 임계값보다도 낮아진 경우이며, 상기 특정 동작이 행해졌을 때, 상기 유압 액추에이터의 속도를 저감하고,
상기 방전 제어부는, 상기 축전 장치의 축전율이, 상기 제1 임계값보다도 작은 값으로서 미리 정해진 제2 임계값보다도 낮아진 경우에는, 상기 특정 동작이 행해졌는지 여부에 관계없이, 상기 축전 장치의 방전 전력의 제한값을 작게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 하이브리드 작업 기계. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 특정 동작은, 고부하 동작이며,
상기 컨트롤러는, 상기 축전 장치가 열화되는 경향의 정도가 미리 정해진 임계값에 도달하고, 또한, 상기 고부하 동작이 행해졌을 때 상기 유압 액추에이터의 속도를 저감하고,
상기 컨트롤러는, 상기 고부하 동작에 비하여 부하가 낮은 저부하 동작이 행해졌을 때에는, 상기 축전 장치가 열화되는 경향의 정도가 상기 미리 정해진 임계값에 도달한 경우이더라도 상기 유압 액추에이터의 속도를 저감하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는, 하이브리드 작업 기계. - 제1항에 있어서,
주행체와,
상기 주행체에 대해서 선회 가능하게 설치된 선회체와,
상기 선회체에 회동 가능하게 설치된 붐과,
상기 붐에 회동 가능하게 설치된 아암과,
상기 아암에 회동 가능하게 설치된 버킷을 구비하고,
상기 특정 동작에는, 적어도 상기 선회체의 선회 동작과 상기 붐의 상승 동작이 동시에 행해지는 선회 붐 상승 동작, 및 상기 아암의 클라우드 동작과 상기 버킷의 클라우드 동작이 동시에 행해지는 굴삭 동작이 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 하이브리드 작업 기계. - 삭제
