Claims (21)
- 유체 이송 시스템 튜브 라인을 추적하기 위한 음향 라인 추적 시스템이며,
주입 펌프;
튜브 라인에 작동적으로 연결될 수 있고 진동 신호를 수신하도록 구성된 제1 음향 수신기로서, 튜브 라인과 접촉하도록 배치되고, 진동 신호에 의해 초래되는 튜브 라인의 표면의 진동을 검출하도록 구성된 제1 진동 센서를 포함하는 제1 음향 수신기;
튜브 라인과 작동적으로 접촉하고 제1 음향 수신기와 전기적으로 결합되는 신호 송신기로서, 상기 제1 진동 센서가 진동 신호를 검출할 때 튜브 라인에 음향 진동을 발생시키도록 구성된 신호 송신기를 포함하고;
주입 펌프에 의한 진동 신호의 감쇠를 감소시키기 위해 제1 음향 수신기는 주입 펌프로부터 상류측이고 신호 송신기는 주입 펌프로부터 하류측인 음향 라인 추적 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 튜브 라인에 연결될 수 있고 상기 신호 송신기에 의해 발생되는 음향 진동을 수신하도록 구성된 제2 음향 수신기를 추가로 포함하고,
상기 제2 음향 수신기는 튜브 라인과 접촉하도록 배치되고 음향 진동에 의해 초래되는 튜브 라인의 표면에서의 진동을 검출하도록 구성된 제2 진동 센서; 및
상기 제2 진동 센서가 진동 신호를 검출할 때 청각 및 시각 큐 중 적어도 하나를 생성하는 인디케이터를 포함하는 음향 라인 추적 시스템. - 제2항에 있어서, 각각의 상기 진동 센서는 압전 소자인 음향 라인 추적 시스템.

상기 제2 음향 수신기는 튜브 세트와 접촉하도록 배치되고 음향 진동에 의해 초래되는 튜브 세트의 표면에서의 진동을 검출하도록 구성된 제2 진동 센서; 및
상기 제2 진동 센서가 진동 신호를 검출할 때 청각 및 시각 큐 중 적어도 하나를 생성하는 인디케이터를 포함하는 음향 라인 추적 시스템. - 제11항에 있어서, 각각의 상기 진동 센서는 압전 소자이고, 마이크인 음향 라인 추적 시스템.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 인디케이터는 발광 다이오드이며, 상기 다이오드는 상기 제2 진동 센서가 진동 신호를 검출할 때 발광하는 음향 라인 추적 시스템.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 신호 송신기는 초음파 음향 진동을 발생시키도록 구성된 압전 소자를 포함하는 음향 라인 추적 시스템.

튜브 세트가 제1 위치와 제2 위치 사이에서 연속적인지를 판정하는 단계로서, 상기 제2 진동 센서가 상기 검출 단계에서 진동 신호를 검출하면 튜브 세트가 연속적인 것으로 판정하는 단계를 추가로 포함하며,
상기 인디케이터는 튜브 세트가 연속적인 것으로 판정할 때 상기 큐를 생성하는 방법. - 제16항에 있어서, 상기 신호 송신기는 상기 제2 위치에서 튜브 세트와 접촉하고, 상기 송신기는 상기 유도 단계를 수행하는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 송신기로부터의 진동 신호의 하나 이상의 특징을 상기 제2 음향 수신기에 통신시키는 단계; 및
하나 이상의 통신된 특징을 상기 검출 단계 중에 수신되는 진동 신호와 비교하는 단계를 추가로 포함하며,
상기 판정 단계는 상기 수신된 신호가 상기 하나 이상의 통신된 특징과 매치되면 튜브 세트가 연속적인 것으로 판정하는 방법. - 제16항에 있어서, 상기 유도 단계는 튜브 세트를 두드리는 임상가에 의해 진동 신호를 수동으로 유도하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
