Claims (13)
- 음극 집전체;
상기 음극 집전체 상에 위치하는 제1 음극 활물질층; 및
상기 제1 음극 활물질층 상에 위치하는 제2 음극 활물질층을 포함하고,
상기 제1 및 제2 음극 활물질층 전체 두께에 대한 제1 음극 활물질층의 두께비가 0.5 미만이며,
상기 제1 음극 활물질층은 스티렌 유래 구조의 반복단위 및 부타디엔 유래 구조의 반복단위의 총 함량이 50중량% 이상인 스티렌-부타디엔계 고무를 포함하고,
상기 제2 음극 활물질층은 스티렌 유래 구조의 반복단위 및 (메트)아크릴산 에스테르 유래 구조의 반복단위를 포함하되, 상기 (메트)아크릴산 에스테르 유래 구조의 반복단위의 함량이 70중량% 내지 90중량%인 (메트)아크릴레이트계 중합체를 포함하는 것인 이차전지용 음극.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 스티렌-부타디엔계 고무는 스티렌 유래 구조의 반복단위 및 부타디엔 유래 구조의 반복단위를 1:1 내지 3:1의 중량비로 포함하는 것인 이차전지용 음극.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 스티렌-부타디엔계 고무는 50nm 내지 800nm의 평균입경을 갖는 것인 이차전지용 음극.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 스티렌-부타디엔계 고무는 스티렌-부타디엔계 고무 총 중량에 대하여 (메트)아크릴산 에스테르 유래 구조의 반복단위를 30중량% 이하로 더 포함하는 것인 이차전지용 음극.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 스티렌-부타디엔계 고무는 제1 음극 활물질층 총 중량에 대해 1중량% 내지 20중량%의 양으로 포함되는 것인 이차전지용 음극.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 (메트)아크릴레이트계 중합체는 50nm 내지 800nm의 평균입경을 갖는 것인 이차전지용 음극.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 (메트)아크릴레이트계 중합체는 (메트)아크릴레이트계 중합체 총 중량에 대하여 부타디엔 유래 구조의 반복단위를 20중량% 이하로 더 포함하는 것인 이차전지용 음극.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 (메트)아크릴레이트계 중합체는 제2 음극 활물질층 전체 중량에 대해 1 중량% 내지 20 중량%의 양으로 포함되는 이차전지용 음극.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제1 음극 활물질층과 제2 음극 활물질층의 두께비는 1:9 내지 3:7인 것인 이차전지용 음극.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제1 음극 활물질층 및 제2 음극 활물질층은 각각 독립적으로 흑연계 음극 활물질을 포함하는 것인 이차전지용 음극.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 음극은 제1 및 제2 음극 활물질층 총 부피에 대해 10부피% 내지 50부피%의 기공도를 갖는 것인 이차전지용 음극.
- 음극 집전체 상에 제1 음극 활물질 및 스티렌-부타디엔계 고무를 포함하는 제1 음극 활물질층을 준비하는 단계, 및
상기 제1 음극 활물질층 상에 제2 음극 활물질 및 (메트)아크릴레이트계 중합체를 포함하는 제2 음극 활물질층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하며,
상기 제1 및 제2 음극 활물질층 전체 두께에 대한 제1 음극 활물질층의 두께비가 0.5 미만이고,
상기 스티렌-부타디엔계 고무는 스티렌 유래 구조의 반복단위 및 부타디엔 유래 구조의 반복단위의 총 함량이 스티렌-부타디엔 고무 총 중량에 대하여 50중량% 이상인 것이고,
상기 (메트)아크릴레이트계 중합체는 스티렌 유래 구조의 반복단위 및 (메트)아크릴산 에스테르 유래 구조의 반복단위를 포함하되, 상기 (메트)아크릴산 에스테르 유래 구조의 반복단위의 함량이 70중량% 내지 90중량%인 것인, 청구항 1에 따른 이차전지용 음극의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 11 중 어느 한 항에 따른 음극을 포함하는 리튬 이차전지.
