Claims (20)
- 외부 도선과 음극 활물질 사이에서 전자를 전달하는 음극 집전체;
상기 집전체의 일면 또는 양면에 형성되어 있고, 음극 활물질로서 천연 흑연및 인조 흑연을 포함하는 제 1 음극 합제층; 및
상기 제 1 음극 합제층 상에 형성되어 있고, 음극 활물질로서 인조 흑연을 포함하는 제 2 음극 합제층; 을 포함하고,
상기 제 1 음극 합제층의 천연 흑연은, 제 1 음극 합제층 전체 중량을 기준으로 15 내지 75 중량%로 포함되며,
상기 제 1 음극 합제층과 제 2 음극 합제층의 중량비가 1:9 내지 5:5인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 음극. - 삭제

- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 음극 합제층의 천연 흑연의 함량이 증가할수록 제 1 음극 합제층과 제 2 음극 합제층의 전체 중량 대비 제 1 음극 합제층의 중량비가 감소하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 음극.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 천연 흑연은 비표면적(BET)이 2 m2/g 내지 8 m2/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 음극.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 천연 흑연은 인상 흑연(flake graphite), 괴상 흑연(vein graphite), 또는 토상 흑연(amorphous graphite)인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 음극.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 천연 흑연의 탭 밀도는 0.9 g/cc 내지 1.3g/cc인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 음극.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 천연 흑연은 XRD 회절에서의 입자의 I003에 대한 I110의 비가 20 내지 40인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 음극.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 천연 흑연의 평균 입경(D50)은 5 마이크로미터 내지 30 마이크로미터인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 음극.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 인조 흑연은 비표면적(BET)이 천연 흑연보다 작은 범위에서 0.5 m2/g 내지 5 m2/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 음극.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 인조 흑연은 분말상, 플레이크상, 블록상, 판상, 또는 봉상인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 음극.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 인조 흑연은 XRD 회절에서의 입자의 I003에 대한 I110의 비가 5 내지 20인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 음극.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 천연 흑연 및 인조 흑연 중 적어도 하나는 피치 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 음극.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 음극 합제층 및 제 2 음극 합제층은 서로 혼합되지 않고 경계면을 이루고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 음극.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 음극 합제층 및 제 2 음극 합제층은 그 사이에서 각 층의 고형분들이 일부 혼입되어 경계면을 이루지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 음극.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 음극 합제층 및 제 2 음극 합제층은 바인더 및 도전재를 더 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 음극.
