Claims (8)
- 엣지 일부 또는 전부가 탄화물층에 의해 피복된 심재 탄소재료를 포함하는 음극 활물질에 있어서,63.704Mpa의 압력을 2초간 가하였을 때의 제1압축 밀도와 6.3704Mpa의 압력을 2초간 가하였을 때의 제2압축밀도 차이(압축 밀도 변화량)가 0.5g/cc 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 전지용 음극 활물질.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 63.704MPa의 압력은 음극 활물질 2g을 Φ1.4cm의 홀 컵에 담은 후 프레스기를 이용하여 1t의 하중을 가할 경우 음극 활물질에 인가되는 압력이고,상기 6.3704MPa의 압력은 음극 활물질 2g을 Φ1.4cm의 홀 컵에 담은 후 프레스기를 이용하여 0.1t의 하중을 음극 활물질에 가할 경우 인가되는 압력인 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 전지용 음극 활물질.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 심재 탄소재료는 상기 탄화물층보다 결정성이 높은 구상의 천연흑연인 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 전지용 음극 활물질.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 심재 탄소재료는 타원형상, 파쇄상, 비늘상 또는 휘스커상을 갖는 천연흑연, 인조흑연, 메소카본마이크로 비즈, 메소페즈 피치 미분, 등방성 피치 미분, 수지탄, 및 슈도-그라파이트(pseudo-graphite) 구조 또는 터보스트래틱 구조를 갖는 비정질계(low crystalline) 탄소 미분으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 전지용 음극 활물질.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 탄화물층은 상기 심재 탄소재료에 석탄계 또는 석유계로부터 유래하는 피치, 타르 또는 이들의 혼합물을 코팅한 후 탄화 소성하여 형성한 저결정성 탄화물층임을 특징으로 하는 2차 전지용 음극 활물질.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 음극 활물질이 코팅된 금속 집전체로 이루어진 2차 전지용 전극.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 음극 활물질이 코팅된 음극 집전체, 양극 활물질이 코팅된 양극 집전체, 상기 음극 집전체와 양극 집전체 사이에 개재되는 세퍼레이터 및 상기 세퍼레이터에 충진된 전해액을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 전지.
- 제7항에 있어서,첫 번째 사이클의 효율이 93% 이상이고, 30번째 사이클의 용량 유지율이 2번째 사이클의 방전용량 대비 95% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 전지.
