Abstract
본 발명에 따르면 올레핀계 화합물의 하이드로포밀화 반응 시, 생성되는 알데히드의 노르말/이소의 선택비(n/i ratio)를 낮추고, 촉매 활성 및 안정성이 우수한 촉매 조성물을 제공하고, 이를 이용한 올레핀계 화합물의 하이드로포밀화 방법을 제공하는 효과가 있다.

Claims (14)
- 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 일배위 포스핀 리간드; 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 일배위 포스핀 리간드; 및 하기 화학식 3으로 표시되는 전이금속 촉매로 이루어지되,
상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 일배위 포스핀 리간드 및 상기 화학식 2로 표시되는 일배위 포스핀 리간드 각각의 함량은 상기 촉매 조성물에 대하여 0.5 내지 3 중량%로 포함되고,
상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 일배위 포스핀 리간드 및 상기 화학식 2로 표시되는 일배위 포스핀 리간드의 혼합비는 중량을 기준으로 5:1 내지 1:2인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.

(상기 R1, R2 및 R3은 각각 독립적으로 탄소수 1 또는 2의 알킬기 또는 탄소수 1 또는 2의 알콕시기이다)
[화학식 2]
(상기 Z는 탄소수 5 내지 10의 시클로알킬기이다)
[화학식 3]
(상기 M은 코발트(Co), 로듐(Rh), 이리듐(Ir), 루테늄(Ru), 철(Fe), 니켈(Ni), 팔라듐(Pd), 백금(Pt) 및 오스뮴(Os)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나이고,
상기 L1, L2 및 L3은 각각 독립적으로 수소, 카보닐(CO), 시클로옥타디엔(cyclooctadiene), 노보넨(norbornene), 염소(chlorine), 트리페닐포스핀(triphenylphosphine, TPP) 및 아세틸아세토네이토(acetylacetonato, AcAc)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나이며,
상기 x, y 및 z는 각각 독립적으로 0 내지 5이며, x, y 및 z가 동시에 0은 아니다) - 삭제

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 일배위 포스핀 리간드 및 상기 화학식 2로 표시되는 일배위 포스핀 리간드 각각은 상기 화학식 3으로 표시되는 전이금속 촉매의 중심금속 1 몰을 기준으로 0.5 내지 80 몰로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 화학식 1로 표시되는 일배위 포스핀 리간드는 트리-오쏘-톨릴포스핀(Tri-o-tolylphosphine) 또는 트리스(오쏘-메톡시페닐)포스핀(Tris(o-methoxyphenyl)phosphine)인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 화학식 2로 표시되는 일배위 포스핀 리간드는 시클로펜틸디페닐포스핀(Cyclopentyldiphenylphosphine) 또는 시클로헥실디페닐포스핀(Cyclohexyldiphenylphosphine)인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 화학식 3으로 표시되는 전이금속 촉매의 함량은 촉매 조성물을 기준으로 1 내지 1,000 ppm인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 화학식 3으로 표시되는 전이금속 촉매는 코발트카보닐[Co2(CO)8], 아세틸아세토네이토디카보닐로듐[Rh(AcAc)(CO)2], 아세틸아세토네이토카보닐트리페닐포스핀로듐[Rh(AcAc)(CO)(TPP)], 하이드리도카보닐트리(트리페닐포스핀)로듐[HRh(CO)(TPP)3], 아세틸아세토네이토디카보닐이리듐[Ir(AcAc)(CO)2] 및 하이드리도카보닐트리(트리페닐포스핀)이리듐[HIr(CO)(TPP)3]로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 촉매 조성물은 프로판 알데히드, 부틸 알데히드, 펜틸 알데히드, 발레르 알데히드, 아세톤, 메틸 에틸 케톤, 메틸 이소부틸 케톤, 아세토페논, 시클로헥사논, 에탄올, 펜탄올, 옥탄올, 텐산올, 벤젠, 톨루엔, 크실렌, 오르소디클로로벤젠, 테트라히드로푸란, 디메톡시에탄, 디옥산, 메틸렌 클로라이드 및 헵탄으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 용매를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물. - 제1항 및 제4항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항의 촉매 조성물의 존재 하에, 올레핀계 화합물과, 일산화탄소 및 수소의 합성기체(CO/H2)를 반응시켜 알데히드를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 올레핀계 화합물의 하이드로포밀화 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,
상기 올레핀계 화합물은 에텐, 프로펜, 1-부텐, 1-펜텐, 1-헥센, 1-옥텐 및 스티렌으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 올레핀계 화합물의 하이드로포밀화 방법. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 제조된 알데히드의 노르말/이소의 선택비는 2.5 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 올레핀계 화합물의 하이드로포밀화 방법. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 합성기체(CO/H2)의 일산화탄소와 수소의 혼합비는 몰을 기준으로 5:95 내지 70:30인 것을 특징으로 하는 올레핀계 화합물의 하이드로포밀화 방법.
