Abstract
(해결 수단) 액정 배향제는, A) 테트라카본산 2무수물과 디아민을 반응시켜 얻어지는 폴리암산 및 당해 폴리암산을 탈수 폐환하여 이루어지는 폴리이미드로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 일종의 중합체(a)와, B) 산화 방지제(b)와, C) 1,3-디메틸-2-이미다졸리디논, N-에틸-2-피롤리돈 및 하기식 (1)로 나타나는 화합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 일종의 용제(c)를 함유한다.

Claims (6)
- A) 테트라카본산 2무수물과 디아민을 반응시켜 얻어지는 폴리암산 및 당해 폴리암산을 탈수 폐환하여 이루어지는 폴리이미드로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 일종의 중합체(a)와,
B) 하기식 (d1)로 나타나는 화합물 및 하기식 (d2)로 나타나는 화합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 일종의 산화 방지제(b)와,
C) 1,3-디메틸-2-이미다졸리디논, N-에틸-2-피롤리돈 및 하기식 (1)로 나타나는 화합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 일종의 용제(c)
를 함유하고,
상기 산화 방지제(b)의 함유 비율은, 상기 중합체(a) 100중량부에 대하여, 0.01∼3중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 배향제:
(식 (d1) 중, R4는, 수소 원자, 탄소수 1∼20의 알킬기, 탄소수 6∼20의 아릴기, 탄소수 7∼13의 아르알킬기, 1,3-디옥소부틸기 또는 1,4-디옥소부틸기이고; 단, R4는, 당해 R4가 갖는 수소 원자 1개를 제거한 2가의 기로서 분자쇄의 일부를 형성하고 있어도 좋고; R5∼R8은, 각각 독립적으로 탄소수 1∼6의 알킬기, 탄소수 6∼12의 아릴기 또는 탄소수 7∼13의 아르알킬기이고; X1은, 단결합, 산소 원자, 카보닐기, **-(CH2)n-O-(n은 1∼4의 정수) 또는 **-CONH-이며, X2∼X5는, 각각 독립적으로 단결합, 카보닐기, **-CH2-CO- 또는 **-CH2-CH(OH)-이고; 단, **는, 피페리딘환과 결합하는 결합손을 나타내고; *는 결합손을 나타냄);
(식 (d2) 중, R9는, 탄소수 4∼16의 탄화수소기, 또는 당해 탄화수소기의 탄소-탄소 결합 간에 -O- 및 -S- 중 적어도 어느 것을 포함하는 기이고; R10은, 수소 원자 또는 탄소수 1∼16의 탄화수소기이며, a는, 0∼3의 정수이고; 단, a가 2 또는 3인 경우, 복수의 R10은 독립적으로 상기 정의를 갖고; *는 결합손을 나타냄);
(식 (1) 중, R1 및 R2는, 각각 독립적으로, 수소 원자, 탄소수 1∼6의 탄화수소기, 또는 당해 탄화수소기의 탄소-탄소 결합 간에 -O-를 포함하는 1가의 기이며, R1과 R2가 서로 결합하여 환 구조를 형성해도 좋고; R3은, 탄소수 1∼6의 알킬기임). - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 용제(c)의 함유량이, 용제 전체의 5중량% 이상인 액정 배향제. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 중합체(a)가, 상기 테트라카본산 2무수물로서, 2,3,5-트리카복시사이클로펜틸아세트산 2무수물 및 2,4,6,8-테트라카복시바이사이클로[3.3.0]옥탄-2:4,6:8-2무수물 중 적어도 어느 하나를 포함하는 화합물을 이용하여 합성되는 액정 배향제. - 삭제
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 액정 배향제를 이용하여 형성된 액정 배향막.
- 제5항에 기재된 액정 배향막을 구비하는 액정 표시 소자.
