Description
도 2는 본 발명의 다른 양태에 따른, 대전 필터의 모식적 단면도이다.
도 3은 도 1의 대전 필터의, NaCl 포집 시 및 DOP 포집 시의, 포집 효율의 시간 경과적 변화를 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 4는 도 1의 대전 필터의, NaCl 포집 시 및 DOP 포집 시의, 압력 손실의 시간 경과적 변화를 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 5는 도 2의 대전 필터의, NaCl 포집 시 및 DOP 포집 시의, 포집 효율의 시간 경과적 변화를 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 6은 도 2의 대전 필터의, NaCl 포집 시 및 DOP 포집 시의, 압력 손실의 시간 경과적 변화를 나타내는 그래프이다.

Claims (4)
- 극성 액체를 개재하여 힘을 작용시켜 대전된 액체 대전 부직포층으로서 겉보기 밀도가 100 Kg/m3 이하인 액체 대전 부직포층과,
복수 종류의 섬유 성분끼리를 마찰시켜 대전된 마찰 대전 부직포층과,
극성 액체를 개재하여 힘을 작용시켜 대전된 별도의 액체 대전 부직포층을 갖고, 상기 마찰 대전 부직포층은 폴리올레핀계 수지로 이루어진 섬유 및 아크릴계 수지로 이루어진 섬유를 포함하고,
상기 액체 대전 부직포층은 상기 마찰 대전 부직포층 및 상기 별도의 액체 대전 부직포층보다도 통기 방향의 상류측에 존재하고,
상기 별도의 액체 대전 부직포층을 구성하는 섬유의 평균 섬유 직경이 상기 액체 대전 부직포층을 구성하는 섬유의 평균 섬유 직경보다 작고,
상기 별도의 액체 대전 부직포층의 단위 중량은 상기 액체 대전 부직포층의 단위 중량보다 가벼운 것인 대전 필터. - 제1항에 있어서, 마찰 대전 부직포층을 복수층 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 대전 필터.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 오일 미스트의 포집에 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대전 필터.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 대전 필터를 구비하는 마스크.
