Claims (6)
- 융점 35℃ 이상 320℃ 이하의 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌을 담체에 부착시킨 일렉트릿으로서, 상기 일렉트릿은, 상기 담체 및 상기 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 중 적어도 한쪽이 정전 전하가 부여되어 이루어지고, 상기 일렉트릿은, 시차열 열 질량 동시 측정에서, PTFE에서 유래하는 2개 이상의 융점 피크를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트릿.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 담체는 섬유 형상물이며, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌을 증착법으로 상기 담체에 담지하는 일렉트릿.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 담체가 융점 320℃ 이하의 열가소성 수지를 포함하는 멜트 블로운 부직포인 일렉트릿.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 일렉트릿을 사용한 필터.
- 불소 함유 성분이 섬유 표면에 담지된 일렉트릿 필터로서, 풍속 5㎝/s에서의 0.3 내지 0.5㎛ 입자 포집 효율에 있어서, 초기 QF값이 0.5㎜Aq-1 이상이며, 담배 연기 부하에 의한 필터 열화율이 -8/(g/㎡) 이상이고,
상기 불소 함유 성분은, 100℃ 이상의 융점을 갖는 불소 함유 다환 화합물 및 100℃ 이상의 융점을 갖는 불소 함유 중합체 중 적어도 1종이고, 상기 불소 함유 중합체는 수소, 불소, 탄소만으로 이루어지는 구조이고,
상기 필터 열화율은, 니혼타바코 산교사 제조 메비우스(등록상표)를 4개 연소하고, 풍량 12L/min으로 10분간 통기를 행하는 것을 1사이클로 하고, 횡축을 섬유 표면적 1㎡당의 담배 연기 부착량(g/㎡)(보통축), 종축을 성능 유지율(대수 축)로 하여 각 사이클 종료 시의 데이터를 플롯한 편대수 그래프에 있어서의 섬유 표면적 1㎡당의 담배 연기 부착량이 0g/㎡, 성능 유지율이 1이 되는 점을 통과하는 최소 제곱법에 의한 근사 직선의 기울기인 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트릿 필터. - 제5항에 있어서, 상기 섬유의 유효 섬유 직경이 0.1㎛ 내지 20㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트릿 필터.
