Claims (9)
- 금속 강선 및 열가소성 수지를 포함한 복합재료를 구비하는 에스컬레이터 난간의 제조 방법에 있어서,
중심 소선과 상기 중심 소선을 둘러싸도록 복수의 스트랜드를 배치하는 동시에, 상기 중심 소선과 상기 스트랜드의 거리가 동일하게 되도록, 상기 중심 소선 및 상기 스트랜드에 대하여 상기 중심 소선 및 상기 스트랜드의 연신 방향으로 장력을 가하여, 상기 금속 강선을 생성하는 금속 강선 생성 공정과,
상기 금속 강선을, 상기 열가소성 수지의 용융 온도와 동등 이상의 온도로 가온, 또는 용융한 상기 열가소성 수지의 온도 이상으로 가온하는 프리 히트 공정과,
상기 프리 히트 공정에서 가온된 상기 금속 강선과 용융한 상기 열가소성 수지를 일체화하고, 다이스로부터 압출하여 상기 복합재료를 형성하는 복합재료 형성 공정과,
상기 복합재료 형성 공정에서 형성된 상기 복합재료를 냉각하는 냉각 공정을 포함하는
에스컬레이터 난간의 제조 방법. - 삭제
