Abstract
本发明公开了聚氨酯电梯扶手带制造流水线,它涉及自动扶梯、移动人行道及与其类似的输送装置制造技术领域。模具分别与第一挤出机、第二挤出机、帆布放料架和冷却机构的一端连接,且帆布放料架的另一端与抗拉钢丝放料架连接,冷却机构的另一端依次与计量机构和收料机构连接。此设备自动化程度高,节省人工,操作员工只需2人;节能环保,全程PLC控制回收再利用热能管理系统;生产能效高,智能控制质量,所制得扶手带尺寸,由PLC全程管理,所有尺寸可控制在0.02‑0.05mm之间,这对挤出成形来说是飞跃式的进步。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及聚氨酯电梯扶手带制造流水线,属于自动扶梯、移动人行道及与其类似的输送装置制造技术领域。
背景技术
随着中国经济的飞速发展,人民生活质量的不断提高,国内商务楼、商务中心、高铁、地铁、大型商场等公共场所快速扩建,为电梯扶手带行业的发展带来契机。
目前中国电梯扶手带生产厂家有10余家,但都仅能生产传统的橡胶扶手带,现在全世界仅一家国外扶手带生产厂家能制备聚氨酯电梯扶手带,但其价格昂贵。
在此种情况下,作为中国电梯扶手带行业内第一品牌的上海巨龙橡塑制品有限公司有义务、有能力为中国的民族品牌增光添彩,时年花巨资集合一批国内优秀的设备技术专家、材料学技术专家,联合开发了中国第一条TPU(热塑性聚酯弹性体)的聚氨酯橡胶扶手带。
由热塑性材料构成的扶手带是可以通过挤出加工来制造的,在制造工序上比传统橡胶制扶手带短,能够以低廉的价格提供给用户,而且还具有比传统橡胶制扶手带光泽度优良的特性,在扶手带颜色、耐磨性及使用寿命上更是胜之千里。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供聚氨酯电梯扶手带制造流水线。
本发明的聚氨酯电梯扶手带制造流水线,它包含模具1、第一挤出机2、第二挤出机3、帆布放料架4、抗拉钢丝放料架5、冷却机构6、计量机构7和收料机构8, 模具1分别与第一挤出机2、第二挤出机3、帆布放料架4和冷却机构6的一端连接,且帆布放料架4的另一端与抗拉钢丝放料架5连接,冷却机构6的另一端依次与计量机构7和收料机构8连接。
所述的聚氨酯电梯扶手带制造流水线的工作原理为:帆布放料架4与抗拉钢丝放料架5分别提供制备TPU扶手带所需的帆布及钢丝,其中帆布由外购得到放置于帆布放料架4中,通过PLC控制给定放卷所需速度与张力,并在生产中持续放料,钢丝由外购得到放置于抗拉钢丝放料架5中,利用第一挤出机2、第二挤出机3使聚氨酯电梯扶手的中间层和装饰层用热塑性弹性物在模具1中一体化来挤出成型,并以1.5米/分钟的速度挤出模具1的出口,因刚挤出的聚氨酯扶手带仍处于高温软化状态,这时需及时的使其冷却定型,这就要通过冷却机构6来完成,冷却机构6将刚挤出的温度在150℃左右的聚氨酯扶手带,通过多个喷淋装置间接向扶手带表面喷淋温度在5-8℃的冷却雾状水滴,将扶手带表面温度带入水中而不影响扶手带表面光泽,模具1出口设有扶手带的定型型芯,此定型型芯一方面起定型作用,另一方面因型芯内部为空腔,冷却水不断通过将扶手带内测温度迅速降低,使软化的扶手带得以迅速固化,得到所需尺寸的聚氨酯扶手带,固化后的聚氨酯扶手带表面平整,光泽度在80-90,肖氏硬度在85-90,也应满足此模具的产品尺寸,这时就通过计量机构7完成测量,并将测量结果不间断反映至本设备中枢管理系统,在计量机构7确认产品尺寸满足要求后,制得的扶手带将自动进入收料机构8中,收料机构8可完成对制得的满足要求的扶手带进行收卷,并同时完成对聚氨酯扶手带表面包覆静电膜,以保证扶手带表面不受损伤。
本发明的有益效果:⑴.本设备自动化程度高,节省人工;⑵.节能环保,全程PLC控制回收再利用热能管理系统;⑶.生产能效高,每分钟1.5米的生产率;⑷.智能控制质量,所制得扶手带尺寸,由PLC全程管理,所有尺寸可控制在0.02-0.05mm之间,这对挤出成形来说是飞跃式的进步。

具体实施方式:
如图1所示,本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:它包含模具1、第一挤出机2、第二挤出机3、帆布放料架4、抗拉钢丝放料架5、冷却机构6、计量机构7和收料机构8, 模具1分别与第一挤出机2、第二挤出机3、帆布放料架4和冷却机构6的一端连接,且帆布放料架4的另一端与抗拉钢丝放料架5连接,冷却机构6的另一端依次与计量机构7和收料机构8连接。

1.聚氨酯电梯扶手带制造流水线 ,其特征在于:它包含模具(1)、第一挤出机(2)、第二挤出机(3)、帆布放料架(4)、抗拉钢丝放料架(5)、冷却机构(6)、计量机构(7)和收料机构(8), 模具(1)分别与第一挤出机(2)、第二挤出机(3)、帆布放料架(4)和冷却机构(6)的一端连接,且帆布放料架(4)的另一端与抗拉钢丝放料架(5)连接,冷却机构(6)的另一端依次与计量机构(7)和收料机构(8)连接。
2.按照权利要求1所述的聚氨酯电梯扶手带制造流水线 ,其特征在于:所述的聚氨酯电梯扶手带制造流水线的工作原理为:帆布放料架(4)与抗拉钢丝放料架(5)分别提供制备TPU扶手带所需的帆布及钢丝,其中帆布由外购得到放置于帆布放料架(4)中,通过PLC控制给定放卷所需速度与张力,并在生产中持续放料,钢丝由外购得到放置于抗拉钢丝放料架(5)中,利用第一挤出机(2)、第二挤出机(3)使聚氨酯电梯扶手的中间层和装饰层用热塑性弹性物在模具(1)中一体化来挤出成型,并以1.5米/分钟的速度挤出模具(1)的出口,因刚挤出的聚氨酯扶手带仍处于高温软化状态,这时需及时的使其冷却定型,这就要通过冷却机构(6)来完成,冷却机构(6)将刚挤出的温度在150℃左右的聚氨酯扶手带,通过多个喷淋装置间接向扶手带表面喷淋温度在5-8℃的冷却雾状水滴,将扶手带表面温度带入水中而不影响扶手带表面光泽,模具(1)出口设有扶手带的定型型芯,此定型型芯一方面起定型作用,另一方面因型芯内部为空腔,冷却水不断通过将扶手带内测温度迅速降低,使软化的扶手带得以迅速固化,得到所需尺寸的聚氨酯扶手带,固化后的聚氨酯扶手带表面平整,光泽度在80-90,肖氏硬度在85-90,也应满足此模具的产品尺寸,这时就通过计量机构(7)完成测量,并将测量结果不间断反映至本设备中枢管理系统,在计量机构(7)确认产品尺寸满足要求后,制得的扶手带将自动进入收料机构(8)中,收料机构(8)可完成对制得的满足要求的扶手带进行收卷,并同时完成对聚氨酯扶手带表面包覆静电膜,以保证扶手带表面不受损伤。
