Claims (8)
- 판상 안료 및 증류수를 혼합하고, pH 5-6으로 조정하여, 판상 안료 분산용액을 준비하는 단계(단계 1);
유기 안료, 수산화나트륨, 알루미늄염 수화물 및 증류수를 혼합한 혼합용액을 준비하는 단계(단계 2);
상기 단계 1에서 준비한 판상 안료 분산용액에 단계 2에서 준비한 혼합용액을 투입하고 교반한 다음, 증류수로 수세한 뒤 여과하고, 50-90℃에서 교반하여 수분이 40-45 중량% 함유된 케이크를 준비하는 단계(단계 3); 및
상기 단계 3에서 준비한 수분 함유 케이크를 800-900W 출력의 마이크로웨이브로 2.5-3.5분간 처리하는 단계(단계 4);
를 포함하는 복합안료의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 단계 1의 판상 안료는 마이카, 세리사이트 및 이산화티탄이 표면처리된 진주광택안료로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유기 안료는 아조계, 티오인디고 및 트리페닐메테인으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항의 제조방법으로 제조되는 복합안료.
- 제6항의 복합안료를 포함하는 화장료 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서,
실리콘, 실란, 실리콘 공중합체, 아미노산, 아미노산유도체, 라우로일라이신, 레시틴 및 레시틴 유도체로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 성분을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장료 조성물.
