Claims (9)
- 물, 및 임의로는 하나 이상의 중화제의 존재 하의,
고형물 함량의 총 중량을 기준으로, 60 중량% 내지 99.4 중량%의 기재 중합체,
고형물 함량의 총 중량을 기준으로, 0.5 내지 39.9 중량%의 관능화 중합체 조성물, 및
고형물 함량의 총 중량을 기준으로, 0.1 내지 20 중량% 미만의 안정화제의 용융 혼련 생성물을 포함하는 수성 분산물을 포함하며,
여기서, 상기 기재 중합체는 프로필렌/에틸렌 공중합체 조성물을 포함하고, 상기 프로필렌/에틸렌 공중합체는 결정도가 1 중량% 내지 30 중량% 범위, DSC로 측정하였을 때 융해열이 2 줄/그램 내지 50 줄/그램 범위이고, DSC로 측정하였을 때 용융점이 25℃ 내지 110℃ 범위이고,
상기 관능화 중합체 조성물은 프로필렌의 단독중합체, 또는 프로필렌과 하나 이상의 알파-올레핀의 공중합체를 포함하고, 단독중합체 또는 공중합체는 폴리프로필렌 골격 상에 단일 불포화기, 말단 숙신산 무수물 잔기, 및 추가의 숙신산 무수물 치환기를 갖고, 숙신산 무수물 치환기는 관능화 중합체 조성물의 5 내지 45 중량% 범위이고,
상기 안정화제는 에틸렌 에틸 아크릴레이트(EEA) 공중합체, 에틸렌 메틸 메타크릴레이트(EMMA) 및 에틸렌 부틸 아크릴레이트(EBA)로 이루어진 군에서 선택되고,
상기 분산물은 평균 입자 크기 직경이 0.05 내지 5 μ 범위인,
접착 촉진제 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 충전제, 하나 이상의 결합제, 하나 이상의 안료, 하나 이상의 레올로지 개질제를 추가로 포함하는 접착 촉진제 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 관능화 중합체 조성물이 (a) 1:1의 몰비로 말단 불포화기를 갖는 프로필렌/헥센 공중합체를 말레산 무수물과 반응시켜서 말단 숙신산 무수물 잔기 및 단일 불포화기를 갖는 말단 숙신산 무수물 관능화 프로필렌/헥센 공중합체를 제조하고, 이어서 (b) 자유 라디칼 개시제의 존재 하에서, 말단 숙신산 무수물 잔기 및 단일 불포화기를 갖는 말단 숙신산 무수물 관능화 프로필렌/헥센 공중합체를 추가의 말레산 무수물과 반응시켜서 상기 관능화 중합체 조성물을 제조하는 것을 포함하는 방법에 의해서 얻어진 것이며, 여기서, 상기 관능화 중합체 조성물은 관능화 중합체 조성물의 중량을 기준으로, 5 내지 45 중량% 범위의 숙신산 무수물 치환기를 갖는, 접착 촉진제 시스템.
- 고형물 함량의 총 중량을 기준으로, 60 중량% 내지 99.4 중량%의 기재 중합체를 선택하는 단계,
고형물 함량의 총 중량을 기준으로, 0.5 내지 39.9 중량%의 관능화 중합체 조성물을 선택하는 단계,
고형물 함량의 총 중량을 기준으로, 0.1 내지 20 중량% 미만의 안정화제를 선택하는 단계,
물, 및 임의로는 하나 이상의 중화제의 존재 하에서 상기 기재 중합체, 상기 관능화 중합체 조성물 및 상기 안정화제를 용융 혼련하는 단계, 및
이에 의해 접착 촉진제 시스템을 형성하는 단계를 포함하며,
여기서, 상기 기재 중합체는 프로필렌/에틸렌 공중합체 조성물을 포함하고, 상기 프로필렌/에틸렌 공중합체는 결정도가 1 중량% 내지 30 중량% 범위, DSC로 측정하였을 때 융해열이 2 줄/그램 내지 50 줄/그램이고, DSC로 측정하였을 때 용융점이 25℃ 내지 110℃ 범위이고,
상기 관능화 중합체 조성물은 프로필렌의 단독중합체, 또는 프로필렌과 하나 이상의 알파-올레핀의 공중합체를 포함하고, 단독중합체 또는 공중합체는 폴리프로필렌 골격 상에 단일 불포화기, 말단 숙신산 무수물 잔기, 및 추가의 숙신산 무수물 치환기를 갖고, 숙신산 무수물 치환기는 관능화 중합체 조성물의 5 내지 45 중량% 범위이고,
상기 안정화제는 에틸렌 에틸 아크릴레이트(EEA) 공중합체, 에틸렌 메틸 메타크릴레이트(EMMA) 및 에틸렌 부틸 아크릴레이트(EBA)로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는,
제1항의 접착 촉진제 시스템의 제조 방법. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항의 접착 촉진제 시스템으로부터 유래된 필름을 포함하는 접착층.
- 적어도 하나 이상의 기판층,
제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항의 접착 촉진제 시스템으로부터 유래된 필름을 포함하는 적어도 하나 이상의 접착층,
적어도 하나 이상의 외부층을 포함하며,
상기 접착층은 상기 하나 이상의 기판층과 상기 하나 이상의 외부층 사이에 배치되는, 다층 구조물. - 적어도 하나 이상의 기판층을 선택하는 단계,
제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항의 접착 촉진제 시스템을 선택하는 단계,
상기 접착 촉진제 시스템을 상기 기판층의 적어도 하나의 표면에 적용하는 단계,
물의 일부 또는 전부를 제거하는 단계,
이에 의해 상기 기판층과 회합된 접착층을 형성하는 단계,
상기 접착층 상에 적어도 하나 이상의 외부층을 형성하는 단계, 및
이에 의해 다층 구조물을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 다층 구조물의 제조 방법. - 제1항의 접착 촉진제 시스템을 포함하며, 적어도 1 중량%의 접착 촉진제 시스템을 포함하는 코팅 조성물.
- 적어도 하나 이상의 기판층,
적어도 하나 이상의 코팅층을 포함하며, 여기서, 상기 하나 이상의 코팅층은 제1항의 접착 촉진제 시스템 및 임의로는 첨가제를 포함하는 제형화된 조성물로부터 유래된 필름을 포함하고,
