Abstract
적어도 1종의 폴리올레핀으로부터 부직포를 제조하는 부직포의 제조 방법으로서, 에틸렌성 불포화 결합을 가지는 모노머의 중합 전 또는 중합 중에, 상기 에틸렌성 불포화 결합을 가지는 모노머 100 질량부에 대하여, 하기 일반식 (1)로 표시되는 페놀계 산화 방지제를 유기 알루미늄으로 마스킹 처리한 것 0.001∼0.03 질량부, 및 인계 산화 방지제 0.001∼0.04 질량부를, 촉매계, 중합계 또는 배관에 첨가하고, 상기 모노머를 중합시키는 것에 의해 얻어지는 폴리올레핀을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포의 제조 방법.

Claims (17)
- 적어도 1종의 폴리올레핀으로부터 부직포를 제조하는 부직포의 제조 방법으로서,
에틸렌성 불포화 결합을 가지는 모노머의 중합 전 또는 중합 중에, 상기 에틸렌성 불포화 결합을 가지는 모노머 100 질량부에 대하여, 하기 일반식 (1)로 표시되는 페놀계 산화 방지제를 유기 알루미늄으로 마스킹 처리한 것 0.001∼0.03 질량부, 및 인계 산화 방지제 0.001∼0.04 질량부를, 촉매계, 중합계 또는 배관에 첨가하고, 상기 모노머를 중합시키는 것에 의해 얻어지는 폴리올레핀을 사용하는, 부직포의 제조 방법:
(상기 일반식 (1) 중에서, R1 및 R2는, 각각 독립적으로, 수소 원자, 분지를 가질 수도 있는 탄소 원자수 1∼5의 알킬기, 또는 탄소 원자수 7∼9의 아릴알킬기를 나타내고, R은 분지를 가질 수도 있는 탄소 원자수 1∼30의 알킬기, 치환될 수도 있는 탄소 원자수 3∼12의 시클로알킬기, 또는 치환기를 가질 수도 있는 탄소 원자수 6∼18의 아릴기를 나타냄). - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 유기 알루미늄 화합물이, 트리알킬알루미늄인, 부직포의 제조 방법. - 제1항에 기재된 부직포의 제조 방법으로 얻어지는, 부직포.
- 제3항에 기재된 부직포로 이루어지는, 위생용 포, 여과포, 또는 필터.
