Abstract
전동 모터(31)와, 전동 모터(31)에 의해 구동하는 유압 펌프(33)와, 유압 펌프(33)로부터의 압유에 의해 구동하는 유압 액추에이터(13A, 13B, 19 내지 21) 등과, 전동 모터(31)의 전력원인 배터리 장치(7)를 구비한 전동식 유압 셔블에 있어서, 배터리 장치(7)는 복수의 배터리(55)로 각각 구성된 배터리 계통(56A, 56B)을 갖고 있다. 전환 스위치(28)는 배터리 계통(56A, 56B) 중 어느 하나를 선택 가능하게 하고, 인버터 장치(32)의 연산 제어부(53)는 배터리 컨트롤러(54A, 54B)를 거쳐 접속 전환용 개폐기(58A, 58B)를 제어하여, 전환 스위치(28)로 선택된 배터리 계통(56A 또는 56B)으로부터 전동 모터(31)에 전력을 공급하도록 배터리 계통(56A, 56B)의 접속 상태를 전환한다.

도 4는 본 발명의 일 실시 형태에 있어서의 인버터 장치의 구성을 관련 기기와 함께 나타내는 블록도다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시 형태에 있어서의 배터리 장치의 구성을 관련 기기와 함께 나타내는 블록도다.
도 6은 본 발명의 일 실시 형태에 있어서의 배터리 충전 제어의 처리 내용을 나타내는 흐름도다.
도 7은 본 발명의 일 실시 형태에 있어서의 모터 구동 제어의 처리 내용을 나타내는 흐름도다.
도 8은 본 발명의 하나의 변형예에 있어서의 모터 구동 제어의 처리 내용을 나타내는 흐름도다.

Claims (4)
- 전동 모터와, 상기 전동 모터에 의해 구동하는 유압 펌프와, 상기 유압 펌프로부터 토출된 압유에 의해 구동하는 복수의 유압 액추에이터와, 상기 전동 모터의 전력원인 배터리 장치와, 상기 전동 모터에로의 공급 전력을 제어하여 상기 전동 모터를 구동 제어하는 인버터 장치를 구비하고,
상기 배터리 장치는 서로 병렬 접속되어 있는 제1 배터리 계통 및 제2 배터리 계통과, 상기 제1 배터리 계통과 상기 제2 배터리 계통의 전류를 검출하는 전류 센서를 가지며,
상기 인버터 장치는 상기 제1 배터리 계통과 상기 제2 배터리 계통 중 한쪽의 배터리 계통을 선택하여 상기 전동 모터에 전력을 공급하여 구동 제어를 행하는 구성이며,
상기 전동 모터에 전력을 공급하는 상기 한쪽의 배터리 계통을 표시하는 표시 수단을 구비한 전동식 건설 기계에 있어서,
상기 인버터 장치는,
상기 전류 센서의 검출 신호에 기초하여, 상기 한쪽의 배터리 계통의 축전 잔량이 없어진 것인지 아닌지를 판단하여, 상기 한쪽의 배터리 계통의 축전 잔량이 없어졌다고 판단했을 때는 상기 전동 모터를 정지시켜, 미리 설정된 소정 시간이 경과했을 때에, 다른 한쪽의 배터리 계통을 자동적으로 선택하여, 상기 다른 한쪽의 배터리 계통으로부터 상기 전동 모터에 전력을 공급하도록 접속을 전환하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전동식 건설 기계. - 제1항에 있어서, 수동 조작에 의해, 상기 한쪽의 배터리 계통을 선택하는 수동 선택 수단을 구비하고,
상기 인버터 장치는 상기 수동 선택 수단으로 선택된 상기 한쪽의 배터리 계통으로부터 상기 전동 모터에 전력을 공급하도록 배터리 계통의 접속 상태를 전환하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 전동식 건설 기계. - 삭제
