Description
Claims (15)
- 탄소 섬유속의 단섬유 섬도가 0.8dtex 이상 2.1dtex 이하이고, 총 섬도가 4,800dtex 이상 56,000dtex 이하이고, ASTM D4018법으로 구해지는 스트랜드 강도가 4.9GPa 이상이고, 또한 상기 방법으로 구해지는 스트랜드 탄성률이 200GPa 이상인 탄소 섬유속으로서, 단섬유 인장 시험에 있어서의 단섬유 탄성률의, 탄소 섬유속을 구성하는 단섬유 사이의 변동률이 20% 이하인 탄소 섬유속.
- 탄소 섬유속의 단섬유 섬도가 0.8dtex 이상 2.5dtex 이하이고, 총 섬도가 4,800dtex 이상 56,000dtex 이하이고, ASTM D4018법으로 구해지는 스트랜드 강도가 3.0GPa 이상이고, 또한 상기 방법으로 구해지는 스트랜드 탄성률이 240GPa 이상인 탄소 섬유속으로서, 단섬유 인장 시험에 있어서의 단섬유 탄성률의, 탄소 섬유속을 구성하는 단섬유 사이의 변동률이 20% 이하인 탄소 섬유속.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 ASTM D4018법으로 구해지는 스트랜드 탄성률이 265GPa 이상인 탄소 섬유속. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 단섬유 섬도가 1.1dtex 이상인 탄소 섬유속. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
단섬유 개수가 6,000개 이상 50,000개 이하인 탄소 섬유속. - 제 5 항에 있어서
단섬유 개수가 36,000개 이하인 탄소 섬유속. - 아크릴로나이트릴 단위 96∼99몰%와 메타크릴산 하이드록시알킬 단위 1∼4몰%를 포함하는 폴리아크릴로나이트릴계 공중합체로 이루어지는 단섬유 섬도가 1.7dtex 이상 4.2dtex 이하인 폴리아크릴로나이트릴계 전구체 섬유속, 또는 열 유속(流束)형 시차 주사 열량계를 이용하여, 30℃, 0.10MPa 기준의 유량으로 100ml/분의 공기 기류 중, 승온 속도 10℃/분으로 측정한 30℃ 이상 450℃ 이하의 등속 승온 발열 곡선이 이하의 (A) 및 (B)의 조건을 만족하는 단섬유 섬도가 1.7dtex 이상 4.2dtex 이하인 폴리아크릴로나이트릴계 전구체 섬유속, 또는 상기 2종의 폴리아크릴로나이트릴계 전구체 섬유속 모두를 220∼300℃의 온도 범위 내에서 승온시키는 산화성 분위기 하에서, 80분 이상 240분 이하 열 처리하는 열 처리 공정을 갖는, 제 1 항에 기재된 탄소 섬유속을 얻는 탄소 섬유속의 제조 방법:
(A) 등속 승온 발열 곡선의 230℃ 이상 260℃ 이하의 발열 속도를 적분하여 구한 열량 Ja가 140kJ/kg 이상 200kJ/kg 이하,
(B) 260℃ 이상 290℃ 이하의 발열 속도를 적분하여 구한 열량 Jb가 600kJ/kg 이상 1,000kJ/kg 이하. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 열 처리 공정에 있어서의 열 처리 시간 T1(분)이, 이하의 (C)의 조건을 만족하는 탄소 섬유속의 제조 방법:
(C) 140×폴리아크릴로나이트릴계 전구체 섬유속의 단섬유 섬도(dtex)-100 ≥ 열 처리 시간 T1(분) ≥ 140×폴리아크릴로나이트릴계 전구체 섬유속의 단섬유 섬도(dtex)-270. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 열 처리 공정으로부터 얻어지는 섬유속에, 불활성 가스 분위기 하에서 최고 온도 1,000℃∼1,700℃에서 열 처리하는 탄소화 처리를 실시하여, ASTM D4018법으로 구해지는 스트랜드 강도가 4.9GPa 이상인 탄소화 섬유속으로 하는 탄소 섬유속의 제조 방법. - 아크릴로나이트릴 단위 96∼99몰%와 메타크릴산 하이드록시알킬 단위 1∼4몰%를 포함하는 폴리아크릴로나이트릴계 공중합체로 이루어지는 단섬유 섬도가 1.7dtex 이상 4.6dtex 이하인 폴리아크릴로나이트릴계 전구체 섬유속, 또는 열 유속형 시차 주사 열량계를 이용하여, 30℃, 0.10MPa 기준의 유량으로 100ml/분의 공기 기류 중, 승온 속도 10℃/분으로 측정한 30℃ 이상 450℃ 이하의 등속 승온 발열 곡선이 이하의 (A) 및 (B)의 조건을 만족하는 단섬유 섬도가 1.7dtex 이상 4.6dtex 이하인 폴리아크릴로나이트릴계 전구체 섬유속, 또는 상기 2종의 폴리아크릴로나이트릴계 전구체 섬유속 모두를 220∼300℃의 온도 범위 내에서 승온시키는 산화성 분위기 하에서, 80분 이상 240분 이하 열 처리하는 열 처리 공정을 갖고,
(A) 등속 승온 발열 곡선의 230℃ 이상 260℃ 이하의 발열 속도를 적분하여 구한 열량 Ja가 140kJ/kg 이상 200kJ/kg 이하,
(B) 260℃ 이상 290℃ 이하의 발열 속도를 적분하여 구한 열량 Jb가 600kJ/kg 이상 1,000kJ/kg 이하,
또한, 상기 열 처리 공정으로부터 얻어지는 섬유속에, 불활성 가스 분위기 하에서 최고 온도 1,500℃ 이상에서 열 처리하는 탄소화 처리를 실시하여, ASTM D4018법으로 구해지는 스트랜드 탄성률이 240GPa 이상인 탄소화 섬유속으로 하는 공정을 갖는,
제 2 항에 기재된 탄소 섬유속을 얻는 탄소 섬유속의 제조 방법. - 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 최고 온도가 1,800℃ 이상인 탄소 섬유속의 제조 방법. - 제 7 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리아크릴로나이트릴계 전구체 섬유속의 단섬유 개수가 6,000개 이상 50,000개 이하인 탄소 섬유속의 제조 방법. - 제 7 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서,
상기 열 처리 공정에 있어서의 폴리아크릴로나이트릴계 전구체 섬유속의 신장률이 -5% 이상 5% 이하인 탄소 섬유속의 제조 방법. - 제 7 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서,
단섬유 인장 시험에 있어서의 단섬유 탄성률의, 탄소 섬유속을 구성하는 단섬유 사이의 변동률이 20% 이하인 탄소 섬유속으로 하는 탄소 섬유속의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 탄소 섬유속을 함유하는 수지계 복합 재료.
