Claims (9)
- 인을 함유하지 않는 피막을 갖는 강선재로서,
상기 피막은, 강선재측부터 차례로, 지르코늄의 산화물, 지르코늄의 수산화물 또는 이들 모두로 이루어지고 막 두께가 1.0∼200nm인 하층 피막과, 규소와 텅스텐을 포함하고 텅스텐/규소의 질량비가 1.3∼18의 범위인 상층 피막을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강선재. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 규소가 수용성 규산염 유래이고, 또한 상기 텅스텐이 수용성 텅스텐산염 유래인 강선재. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 규소가 규산 리튬, 규산 나트륨, 및 규산 칼륨으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종 이상에서 유래하고, 또한 상기 텅스텐이 텅스텐산 리튬, 텅스텐산 나트륨, 텅스텐산 칼륨, 및 텅스텐산 암모늄으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종 이상에서 유래하는 강선재. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 상층 피막 중에 수지를 포함하고, 수지/(규소+텅스텐)의 질량비가 0.01∼3.2인 강선재. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 수지가 바이닐 수지, 아크릴 수지, 에폭시 수지, 유레테인 수지, 페놀 수지, 셀룰로스 유도체, 폴리말레산, 및 폴리에스터 수지로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종 이상인 강선재. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 상층 피막 중에 활제를 포함하고, 활제/(규소+텅스텐)의 질량비가 0.01∼3.2인 강선재. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 활제가 왁스, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌, 지방산 비누, 지방산 금속 비누, 지방산 아마이드, 이황화 몰리브데넘, 이황화 텅스텐, 그래파이트, 및 멜라민 사이아누레이트로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종 이상인 강선재. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 상층 피막의 단위 면적당 피막 질량이 1.0∼20g/m2인 강선재. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 강선재의 제조 방법으로서, pH 2.5∼5.0의 범위에 있고, 또한 수용성 지르코늄 화합물을 용해시킨 수계 화성 처리액을 강선재 표면에 접촉시켜서 하층 피막을 형성하고, 추가로 수용성 규산염과 수용성 텅스텐산 염을 포함하는 수계 윤활 피막 처리제를 접촉시킨 후 건조시켜 상층 피막을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강선재의 제조 방법.
