도 2는 반도체 모듈을 설치하지 않은 상태의 회전 전기 시스템의 사시도이다.
도 3은 반도체 모듈을 설치한 상태의 회전 전기 시스템의 사시도이다.

도 5는 제2 실시 형태에 따른 회전 전기 시스템의 일부 종단면도이다.
도 6a는 제3 실시 형태에 따른 회전 전기 시스템의 일부 종단면도이다.
도 6b는 반도체 모듈을 설치한 상태의 회전 전기 시스템의 일부 종단면도이다.
도 7은 제4 실시 형태에 따른 회전 전기 시스템의 일부 종단면도이다.
Claims (9)
- 하우징의 제1 수용실에 수용되는 회전 전기와, 상기 하우징의 제2 수용실에 수용됨과 함께 상기 회전 전기와 전기적으로 접속되는 반도체 모듈을 일체적으로 구비하는 회전 전기 시스템이며,
상기 회전 전기는 상기 제1 수용실의 내주면에 고정되는 스테이터와, 상기 스테이터에 대하여 회전 가능하게 설치되는 로터로 구성되어 있고,
상기 회전 전기 시스템은, 상기 제1 수용실의 상방에 위치하는 상기 제2 수용실의 저부와 상기 반도체 모듈의 하부 사이에 있어서, 상기 제2 수용실의 저부 및 상기 반도체 모듈의 하부에 접촉하도록 배치되어, 내부를 통과하는 냉매에 의해 상기 반도체 모듈 및 상기 스테이터를 냉각하는 냉각기를 더 구비하는, 회전 전기 시스템. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 하우징은 상기 스테이터 주위에 설치되고, 내부를 통과하는 냉매에 의해 상기 스테이터를 냉각하는 냉각로를 구비하고,
상기 냉각로를 통과하는 냉매와 상기 냉각기를 통과하는 냉매는 공용되는, 회전 전기 시스템. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 냉각로는 상기 냉각기와 상기 스테이터 사이에 위치하는 부분을 피하도록 상기 하우징에 형성되는, 회전 전기 시스템. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 수용실의 저부와 상기 냉각기 사이에는, 열전달 개선 부재가 배치되는, 회전 전기 시스템. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 수용실의 저부 및 상기 냉각기의 저부측의 단부면 중 적어도 한쪽은, 표면 조도를 저감시키기 위한 면 가공이 실시되어 있는, 회전 전기 시스템. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 수용실의 저부 및 상기 냉각기의 저부측의 단부면의 한쪽은, 그 중앙 부분이 다른 쪽을 향해서 돌출된 만곡 형상을 이루고,
상기 냉각기는 냉각기 외측 에지를 따라 배치되는 복수의 고정 기구에 의해, 상기 저부에 대하여 밀착 고정되는, 회전 전기 시스템. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 수용실의 저부에는, 상기 제2 수용실과 상기 제1 수용실을 연통하는 연통 구멍이 형성되고,
상기 냉각기는 상기 연통 구멍을 통해서 상기 스테이터와 접촉하도록 구성되는, 회전 전기 시스템. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 냉각기는 냉매가 흐르는 유로를 갖는 판상 부재로서 구성되는, 회전 전기 시스템. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 반도체 모듈은 인버터의 일부를 구성하는 모듈인, 회전 전기 시스템.
