Claims (20)
- 리튬전이금속산화물; 및
상기 리튬전이금속산화물 표면에 잔류하는 리튬함유불순물;을 포함하는 복합양극활물질로서,
상기 리튬함유불순물에 포함된 자유 리튬(free lithium)의 함량이 상기 복합양극활물질 총 중량을 기준으로 0.050중량%이하이며,
상기 리튬함유불순물이 LiOH 및 Li2CO3를 포함하며, 상기 LiOH 와 Li2CO3의 몰비인 LiOH/Li2CO3가 0.50 이하인 복합양극활물질. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 자유 리튬의 함량이 상기 복합양극활물질 총 중량을기준으로 0.045중량% 이하인 복합양극활물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 LiOH 와 Li2CO3의 몰비인 LiOH/Li2CO3가 0.480 이하인 복합양극활물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 LiOH의 함량이 상기 복합양극활물질 총 중량을 기준으로 0.07중량% 미만인 복합양극활물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 LiOH의 함량이 상기 복합양극활물질 총 중량을 기준으로 0.065중량% 이하인 복합양극활물질.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 리튬전이금속산화물이 하기 화학식 1 내지 5로 표시되는 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물을 포함하는 복합양극활물질:

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 리튬전이금속산화물이 하기 화학식 6으로 표시되는 화합물을 포함하는 복합양극활물질.
